Clean room. Comfortable beds. Great location. Our TV didn’t work. Supposedly a maintenance person came while we were at dinner. Still didn’t work when we returned. Front desk came about 30 minutes later with a new remote. Couldn’t get it to work and just said..”sorry” and nothing else. Should have swapped it or a cable out.

Room was missing cups for coffee maker, had to go chase some down, but otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Tried to call hotel directly to say I’d. be arriving late and the automated reservation robots kept rerouting me to centralized system. Eventually got to talk to an actual human at the hotel, but required more effort than it should have.
