Review of Residence Agnes, Prague – A Truly Exceptional Experience If I could give more than five stars, I would. Residence Agnes in Prague offers the kind of service you dream about but rarely experience – not even at the Ritz or Four Seasons. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with warmth, grace and true hospitality. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Any question we had was answered instantly, and they consistently went above and beyond. Each time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with a cappuccino or a glass of wine every time – a small touch that made a big impression. They helped us make dinner reservations, offered guidance around the city and truly made us feel cared for. The location is ideal: just a short walk from Old Town Square, but tucked away enough to be quiet and restful at night. We were even brought cappuccinos and gingerbread cookies to our room – service that was seamless and thoughtful throughout our stay. We can’t thank Stefan, Lucas or Victoria enough. They just went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is outstanding – delicious eggs, meats, cheeses, fresh pastries – everything you could want to start your day. In all honesty, the level of service and comfort at Residence Agnes is unmatched. It’s charming, warm and surprisingly affordable. This is the place to stay in Prague. We can’t wait to return.

The staff was most accommodating. The people at the front desk spoke excellent English, which was very much appreciated. The hotel is small, and we received cheerful, individualized attention. Breakfast was ample, varied and delicious. I recommend it without reservation.

Great experience!

Wow- this hotel really stands out from the rest with its exceptional customer service. I was traveling with a group of 6 and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. Believe all the reviews- this place is wonderful. We had to leave early and they even opened the breakfast buffet a little in advance. Rooms were clean and the lobby is charming.

Excellent service

This is a customer-friendly hotel in a great location. It was a short walk to the old town, Charles Bridge, and other must-see places. They also offered one complimentary ride per stay, so we used it to go to Prague Castle. When you returned to the hotel, they always greeted you and offered wine, coffee, tea, or other beverages. Breakfast is also included, and it was one of the better breakfast selections I've had in Europe.

My fiancé and I are still in awe of this hotel. It is the BEST hotel to exist - not only because of the actual hotel itself, but the customer service is unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff make you feel like family and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We got engaged while staying at this hotel and they made us feel so loved. I will rave about this hotel for the rest of my life - we are in love with Hotel Agnes and will be back again. The staff have become like family and we feel so grateful to have had stayed here for such a monumental event in our lives. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! It is a GEM of a place and please please book this hotel if you want to enhance your stay in Prague.

Oh my. Fabulous small hotel. Staff could not do enough for the guests. I would return in a New York minute. So close to Old Town Square & many excellent restaurants. Manager Victoria guided us to perfect tours- really went out of her way to assist. Frank & the 2nd Frank drove us to sites and to the airport. They offered!!!! Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe. Delicious and relaxing. If you go to Prague please stay here.

An amazing gem in Prague!

Amazing! I travel a lot and have to say I’ve never experienced the extraordinary hospitality and customer service anywhere else like I have at Hotel Agnes. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you are treated like family. They will help you plan your day and assist with reservations to amazing restaurants. The hotel is perfectly located, clean, comfortable, and I will recommend it to everyone and plan to return. Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel!

The service at this hotel was impeccable. By far the best service I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly and always went above and beyond! Every time I returned from an outing they would greet me and offer me a drink . On the morning I was leaving they not only arranged my transportation but made me a sandwich and fruit to take with me. I highly recommend this place!

The warm and welcoming nature of the staff makes this hotel a lovely place to stay in Prague. It’s not so big and not a larger group type place to stay. Quiet, cosey and homely after being out walking the city all day!

I received the best service from the most friendly staff I have ever encountered in my trips. They offered free transportation to the sights and train station in the city and sandwiches to go when I had to leave before breakfast. They were so attentive and literally bent backward to cater to my needs. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Prague. It will start you off on your journey of the beautiful city with a smile on your face.

This is truly the one place you want to stay if you're in Prague it's centrally located and the staff cannot be more friendlier if they tried they bend over backwards to cater to every need give excellent directions always welcome you with a drink and are helpful in every way possible if you don't stay at the hotel Agnes you truly missing out on a gem in Prague this is the third time I've stayed there and it will be my go-to place every time I'm in Prague

We have stayed in many hotels over the years, regular and luxury, but Residence Agnes surpasses them all. The charm of this little tucked away gem is the first thing you notice…from cobblestone floors, to stone walls, lovely European winding stairs, (there is an elevator) cove ceiling, and the soaring mid ceiling in the lobby. However, the staff all go way above and beyond to cater to your every need. They all know your first name and talk to you as friends rather than cold employees. We checked in very late and Stefan even made us sandwiches as we hadn’t eaten. Natalie, Denise, Victoria and the other two young men whose names escape me , were so kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive that we were constantly amazed. I could go on and on but I will say the quietness of the hotel is superior and the non-governed air conditioning is sublime…
