The living area is comfortable with a smart TV, and the bedroom offers a king-size bed, wardrobe, and another smart TV. Both TVs support online streaming services such as Netflix, though regular TV channels are not available. The bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower and toilet.

Common rooftop terrace is available in the building.
