Peaceful Terrace Loft with A/C by Vyšehrad

This is a calm, bright loft apartment in a quiet part of Prague 2, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Vyšehrad park and fortress. It’s on Hostivítova Street, a peaceful, tree-lined spot that feels tucked away from the busy city — but you’re still close to everything.

The flat is designed to be flexible and comfortable for up to six people. It features a king-size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and, upstairs in the loft area, a single bed and a folding bed. This setup works well for couples, families, or a small group of friends.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home, a full bathroom, and two additional toilets — very practical when you`re not traveling alone. You’ll also have air conditioning and two smart TVs, so you can cool off and relax after a day out in the city. Please note that the loft area is open-plan and does not have doors.

What really makes this place special, though, are the outdoor spaces. There’s a large private terrace with a gorgeous open view all the way to Prague Castle — a great spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun sets over the rooftops. In addition, there’s a smaller balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for reading, chatting, or just enjoying a bit of fresh air in peace. Whether you`re here to explore the historical sites, take long walks through Vyšehrad park, or just slow down and enjoy a more local side of Prague, this loft is a comfortable and quiet place to come home to.

Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.

Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 400 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
