    Hotel is very close to perfect, and I would stay again. It's location is right behind Old Town Square. You can roll out of bed and be at the center of everything with a stroll across a courtyard. Additionally, that courtyard is brimming with fun restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly, funny, and helpful. My group had the staff make dinner reservations and book us tours. They were always eager to assist. The room was small but pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom was gigantic and modern. However, there were a few cons and I wanted to let fussy travelers know that this is not the Four Seasons. It's in a centuries old European building. There are stairs. It can get stuffy. And the courtyard is noisy at night. Oh! And this hotel does not appear to have American standard style washcloths. Though we had all normal style linens, there were no washcloths, and we had brought none with us. The hotel did not have them when we asked. We had to improvise and ended up finding a suitable replacement at a nearby shop. If you want to be in the center of the action and be able to walk to everything, stay here. If I go back to Prague, I will surely stay here again. The location is just the best.

    Excellent location in Old Town Square of Prague. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. Best bed I've slept on in years. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely look to stay there again should i return to Prague.

    Don’t even bother to stay anywhere else. Perfect!

    Well worth the stay here. Grand rooms, excellent location to the old town square, and service is excellent. Also the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I’m sure there are other hotels in the area that are great but why would you take the chance when this place has it right.

    Location is at the very central Prague, touristy area. things are too pricey like a cup of coffee in a cafe, a bottle of water in a corner shop compared to other places, if you walk away about 20 minuets (still very very central) those things are found at less than half price. Personally, there are better hotels at the same price with more convenience. The hotel services were okay though, shamefully the room lights were too dark(not warm colour) and didn’t have a bathtub even though the room was very spacious and gorgeous. If the light were in a warm colour, would be ten times better. They can keep your luggage after check out with no limited time or charge, that was very good.

    Fantastic stay

    Stayed for 3 nights. The room was huge, very comfortable bed.Well stocked mini bar, coffee machine and large TV. Mini bar prices were very reasonable. Lovely bathroom and all the usual toiletries and hair drier. We also had a small sitting room. Excellent staff who spoke good English and were very helpful. Very clean and comfortable and would definitely stay there again. Superb breakfasts. Didn't try the beer spa...maybe next time! 2 minutes walk from the old town square with lots to do, clock tower, town hall etc. A really good jazz club 2 minutes walk away and plenty of good places to eat.

    Great location and room

    Historic building in an excellent location. The room was beautiful and incredibly big and quiet. It also had some a minibar, a Nespresso machine (wow!) and a safe. Washroom/toilet were split in two and both were renovated, clean and the shower was great. Breakfast at the Vabene restaurant is very good.

    Location is prime

    Great location close to old Town Square. Barely a block. Large rooms. Only issue is to figure out the entrance to the hotel and then to the room. That was a challenge on day 1.

    Nice room but some downsides

    There are 4 buildings in this hotel and some do NOT have elevators, and the guy at the front said "we never promised elevators in any reservations", though they had very noce porters and they will help you with lugguages. The rooms are very spacious and the ceiling was very high which was nice, also very nice bathroom and also second toliet in a smaller bathroom. The downsides of this hotel: depends on the which building and side you take, there are bars that open til late at night- noisy, also scary enterances to the building and a big key chain and key to carry(no card key)

    Nice hotel close to square.

    Wonderful hotel stay only complaint would be was a little loud with the night life-I think it's just that everything echoes in the tiny walk ways! Would recommend having hotel provide a driver from hotel we did and he was great! Made us laugh the whole way! The front desk people were warm and friendly, and were happy to speak in English! Rooms were very large!

    Location location history location location

    A little hard to find it first and the set up is a little odd but our two-room sweet was spacious and nicely accommodated, with a great shower. The breakfast was quite large and very good and the front desk staff were consistently helpful The very best thing was that we were Only footsteps away from the huge main square but because of the courtyard setting everything was quiet and low-key.

    Review of the Hotel

    Overall stay is very amazing and it is of walkable distance to mamy attractions. Hotel is comfy as well. The only bad thing is that the water temperature for shower is a bit hard to control.

    Hotel room was good but wi-fi was terrible.

    Hotel itself was nice and room was good. Reception was kindly helped me to book restaurant and change taxi reservation. But one big problem was wi-fi. Wi-fi in this hotel was terrible, like wi-fi connection was good for one minute, but then wi-fi was disconnected for next nine minutes, and repeating this two situations. So I could not make visiting plan around old city area without stress.

    Great location and large apartment

    We stayed as a family of five and the for the price we paid I don't think there would be a better location as the apartment is a minutes walk from the main square. The nearest Metro stop is a five minute walk away by the main shopping centre. The only downside to the apartment was that there was no iron in the room and when we got one from reception it was a non steam iron and pretty useless. That is a minor niggle though and I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting. We would certainly stay there again.

    Great hotel close to Old Town Square

    Great location, clean and spacious. It was a little difficult to find originally, but once we found it check-in was quick and smooth. It was a little noisy from night street noise, but not unbearable.

    GO just for the chandeliers

    We stayed two nights. Loved this hotel. Booked a ride from airport and they were there waiting. Easy check in. Big bathroom, good water pressure and huge windows. Loved the chandeliers in each of the rooms. Lots of space

    Large rooms, great location.

    Hotel is nice, deluxe suite was very big, but our room overlooked the street and it was EXTREMELY noisy until about 4am every night. Not sure if there is a bar or a dance place below the rooms, but very difficult to sleep.
