A bohemian two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Vinohrady, just 150 meters from Náměstí Míru — one of Prague`s liveliest and best-connected squares. With two king-size bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, it`s a comfortable base whether you`re here to explore the city or get some work done.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area — perfect for cooking and relaxing after a day out. There`s also a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi (93 Mbps), making it easy to stay productive if needed.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There`s an elevator in the building, which goes up to the mezzanine level, so you`ll need to walk down a short flight of stairs from there to reach the apartment.
The apartment faces a street with tram traffic, so you may hear trams passing by, especially with the windows open. It`s simply part of staying in such a central and well-connected location. If you`re a light sleeper, we recommend keeping the windows closed at night for a quieter night`s sleep.
The neighbourhood
Vinohrady is one of Prague`s most-loved residential districts — leafy, walkable, and full of cafés, restaurants, and local life. Náměstí Míru, just around the corner, is the neighborhood`s hub and an important transport point, with a direct tram to Prague Castle and a direct metro connection to the Old Town. It`s a favorite area among both locals and expats.

We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).
A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures.

Check-in and check-out outside our standard check-in/check-out hours is possible only upon request in advance, depending on the availability, and for additional charge.
If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.

Please note that the apartment is situated near a tram line, which means you`ll hear some street noise, especially during peak hours. The gentle hum of the trams adds to the authentic city experience, but for those who prefer a quieter environment, earplugs or a sound machine might be helpful.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking - including vaping and electronic cigarettes.

Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00.

Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
