Imóvel perto da praia. Proprietários atenciosos. Precisa de umas melhorias, como ar condicionado (muito abafado) tv muito antiga. Mas isso não desabona o imóvel. O principal ponto negativo é não poder usar a vaga do imóvel para estacionar. Eu sou deficiente, e mesmo tendo 3 vagas adicionais para deficiente (que não são vagas de moradores) não pude estacionar em nenhuma. Tive que colocar meu carro na rua e não ficou perto. Causando um transtorno quando tinha que usar o mesmo. Mas recomendo a locação.

Apto simples mas bem aconchegante, colchoes em bom estado, apenas sugiro levar panos de prato, uma tabua para cortes e uma faca e alguns tapoeres, gostei pois é o ultimo do corredor e fica mais privativo. Excelente vista da praia da sacada gourmet. Voltarei sempre que puder.

Creio que muitos ao alugar um imóvel, o primeiro "medo" que se tem, é se é seguro. Recomendo muito esse que fiquei.
