Villa Chiara, located in Praiano in a prestigious 18th-century building, represents a small paradise for a relaxing and luxurious vacation just 5 km from Positano. This villa comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 people and is spread over 4 floors.
Just 5 km away is Positano, famous for its picturesque streets, colorful houses overlooking the sea, and enchanting beaches. With 10-minute walk from the villa is Praia Beach, with its crystal-clear water ideal for swimming and sunbathing. You can also rent a water taxi to reach other hidden beaches along the coast.
In the vicinity of the villa, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and cafes where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and shop for unique souvenirs.

From the main door of the villa, some steps lead to the ground floor, where you will find a fully equipped professional kitchen with a dining area, two large and bright living rooms, one with a skylight on the floor overlooking the indoor pool. The second living room with a bathroom with a shower can be converted into a fifth double or twin bedroom (upon request prior to arrival), a bedroom with a bathroom (bathtub), an outdoor pool with a salt chlorine system (chlorine-free pool) whose water can be heated in winter (heating is strictly related to the external temperature), a solarium area, a patio where breakfast is served, and a laundry room.

Descending some steps, you access the magnificent indoor pool with a glass ceiling, equipped with a whirlpool and emotional waterfall.
Going up one floor from the ground floor, you access three beautiful double bedrooms. Two rooms have private bathrooms, while the third bedroom has its bathroom with a corridor of 10 steps.
The rooftop terrace with a solarium equipped with sun lounges and outdoor shower offers a unique view of the entire coastline.

Neighborhood and distances:
The villa is in Praiano, guest can easily walk to all services needed such as restaurants, shops, bar etc. Positano is 5 km away here guest can use the ferry to reach several destinations such as Amalfi, Salerno, Capri, Sorrento.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay: 7 nights arrival day Saturday.
Check in: from 15:00 Check out: by 10:00
A refundable security deposit of € 1500 will be required upon arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.

The rental cost includes:
welcome buffet: (sparkling white wine, soft drinks, finger food, cheese cold cuts, fresh pastries and fresh fruit)
Daily buffet breakfast incudes: bread, butter, jam, Nutella, hot croissant, selection of corns flakes, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, milk, cappuccino, tea, American coffee and espresso, various fruit juice.
Cleaning during the week 5 hours a day 7 times a week (working hours from 8 AM to 1-2 PM)
change bathroom towels every day; beach towels and bed linen change on Wednesday
