You can put on your downhill skis right outside the residence or head out for a hike from your accommodation.

It includes a bright living room with an open-plan equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a sofa bed (sleeps two), and a loggia.
For sleeping, you'll find a sleeping alcove equipped with two single bunk beds (120 cm).
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.

Located in the Rousses resort, in the commune of Prémanon, you'll be in the heart of the ski area (downhill and cross-country skiing), as well as hiking trails to fully enjoy nature, summer and winter.

Throughout the year, you can enjoy a wide range of activities: skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, forest hiking, visits to the Espace des Mondes Polaires and Fort des Rousses, or even swimming and relaxing in the nearby lakes.
