Completely private front yard to relax, read a book, play a game or watch for the deer to wander by! Walking distance from the house to hiking trails including walking up to the Lynx Lake Cafe. Mountain biking on these trails is a favorite! All of this and only 10 minutes from charming downtown Prescott. Even though you are this close to civilization, on the property you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!! While the Love Shack is attached to our home, it faces a different direction and has its own entrance and yard. It is completely private from our home. Property has high speed internet and streaming services only.
