holiday home is on the ground floor of the prestigious building: the
living room is a passageway allowing the entrance of the loft on the
upper floor. This holiday home was furnished with attention to every
detail.
It consists of a living room with dining area, open
kitchen, sofa, tv and library, a double bedroom with sofa and tv and a
twin bedroom with French bed and single bed. Moreover, there is a
bathroom with shower and a lovely furnished courtyard.

Santi Mancuso is a complex of two holiday homes in an ancient building
in the old town centre of Presicce, a lovely town with underground olive oil mills, churches, squares and buildings. It`s close to other villages such as Specchia (7 km away) and Alessano, 8 kilometers away, but also to the sandy beaches of Lido Marini, Torre Pali, Torre Mozza (13 km), Pescoluse (10 km) and Leuca (16 km).

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for small pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the double bedroom.
