Room was very warm and as there is no air con the fan provided was just blowing out hot air. Maybe a small air con fan would be better. No water provided in the room, like water to take my medication so would’ve been nice. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again thank you

This was okay and I wouldn't not go again. My room was boiling hot due to warm weather and there's no AC. I was slightly annoyed that they don't let you open your bedroom window more that an inch or two - apparently due to our old friend "Health & Safety". However that same Health & Safety doesn't seem to apply to to being seriously cooked by dangerously hot room. Rules is rules, as they say! Hotel is neither in Prestwick nor Ayr. Breakfast was nice and as I say, not terrible overall.
