Not impressed with room condition. Beds were not made had to get another room. Second room had no heat, no towels. Sheets had spots and there was shoe print on one of the bed sheets. The plus was, friendly, courteous staff.

The overall effect of the hotel. There was a person in the lobby who was obviously high on drugs. People hanging around outside. The beds in the room were not neatly made and it looked like double mattresses were put on a queen size foundation. The hotel was filthy.

The hotel was disgusting. Garbage littered in the hallway and stairwell, carpets in hallways and room hadnt been vacuumed what looks like to be in years. No towels, facecloth or bedspread in the hotel room. Told the female desk staff and she said "what would you like me to do about it?" Filth covered windows and mirror and the picture in the room was hanging upside down. Had to sleep in my clothes because the room was so dirty and had to fight with them to get my $300 deposit back. I had to pay $28 for my dog to stay in the room with me and he has never slept in conditions like that before. Absolutely disgusting!!
