THE SPACE

This recently renovated cottage is your comfortable home base for exploring Prince Edward County`s wine country and natural beauty. The thoughtful layout works equally well for couples, small families, or groups of friends looking to unwind together.

The cottage sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms: one room with a king bed and another with a double bed. A single full bathroom with a bathtub is perfect for soaking after days spent exploring the area. Throughout the space, you`ll find heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, plus free WiFi so you can stay as connected or as disconnected as you prefer.

No loud music at any time during the day or night,

Enjoy the outdoors around the fire and have a normal and quiet conversation, but your voices should be kept at a minimum. No intoxication, boisterous activities, and/or disturbing the peace at any time will be tolerated.

Failure to maintain quiet enjoyment of our place will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation & eviction.

NO use of fireworks on the property at any time

You must also acknowledge security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged upto $750.
