The room is large and clean. There is a nice kitchen with tools. Bed is nice. Heater works well but noisy. It’s only reason to put 4 not 5. Thank you for our stay.

I have stayed in this hotel for decades. It is absolutely beautiful old school always clean excellent shower lots of food and stores nearby state Police Department directly across the street so it’s completely safe and while you’re staying there, don’t forget to visit East River Mountain the scenic overlook it’s the most beautiful place on earth and where my parents fell in love in 1940 enjoy beautiful West Virginia and the turnpike hotel even greater value with the hotels.com discount

Room was clean, although no breakfast, Shoneys was next door. Nice area, seemed to be recently re-modeled. Actually had an old time key to the door. Large refrigerator. Didn't need my alarm as I was awoken at 630 by a dumpster crashing down after being emptied, but that is not the facility's fault.

Right off the interstate, easy to find. Shopping and restaurants near by. Rooms are spacious, updated and very clean. Staff was very friendly.
