Underwhelming stay

The stay was pretty underwhelming to say the least. First morning sliding glass door shattered. Front desk told me to bring all my stuff in the lobby after I extended my stay for it was gunna be on the first fooor and was way back in the top floor. I even asked hey should I come back with my card to see when we check out where the room is so I don’t have to move my stuff. The second day before I moved the table next to the lounge chair fell on my foot which weighs about 35 pounds and slammed on my ankle I fell and called room service if they cud bring me any ice. They said they cud call 911 but if I wanted ice to go to the ice machine with the bucket. I asked if they cud just bring an ice bucket to her room they said no very rudely. I know have a bone bruise on my ankle. And had to move my room three times in this stay lol. Never staying there again better off in providence. Idk why this hotel even says providence it’s next to the Warwick mall.

Bad advertising and not worth it

Room was next to loud party. Had to change and they put me in the back with no view. It felt like punishment for wanting not a party near me. The gym isn’t open till 9am in the morning or later. And breakfast isn’t available until that time as well. Would have booked elsewhere
