Was in town to visit good friends, while traveling through New England areas.. The lady that helped with check in was so nice and helpful even though she was having to deal with unruly kids in town for a hockey event while their parents sat in the lobby talking and ignoring them. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We stayed one night for a local wedding and the Hampton Pawtucket was a great choice! The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom seems to had a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We enjoyed having the Azul restaurant connected to the property for a late night beverage. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Housekeeping & Shower Door

The beds were really hard, and the housekeeping will disturb you in your room. Was woken up in the morning to her banging on the door. Never announced herself and said "housekeeping", and when I went to get up and get dressed to see who it was she just walked in. Said oops I'll come back later. Not even an hour later she bangs on the door and I replied "one minute", she banged again and I opened the door and she said oh I will come back at 11. Yes please do and why do you not announce yourself.. unprofessional. Bathroom sliding door would not stay closed during my shower.
