Rooms need updating…peeling wallpaper, and grout repair in bathroom was not professionally done. Insufficient outlets to charge phones, outlets did not work! Breakfast offering as far as eggs, were rubbery and tasteless.

As you pull into property, it doesn’t look as kept as it should. Bushes should be trimmed, grass cut, overgrown a bit so when on road coming from Bryant Universuty, can almost miss entrance due to overgrown tree but other than that, plenty of parking.

Great option for visiting Bryant. Very close to the school. Property is good for what it is; a budget option close to the school. Staff was pleasant and the tools were very clean. Breakfast included was also good and a welcomed time saver. I would stay again.

Room was pretty gross....mold on the bathroom ceiling, spiderwebs in the corner of the room, window curtains were disgustingly dirty. Carpet was damp and sticky, bathroom is super tiny, door barely closes past toilet and wallpaper is peeling away from walls. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options.

Had to change rooms 2x!!! 😡 first room smelt like someone just lit a blunt in there 2nd room had a leak from the ceiling If I wasn’t so tired I would demand a refund! Still may. The door doesn’t lock, rented a room with a pull out sofa, didn’t get it, tv doesn’t work, and the room stunk from not having the ac on (hotter then heck when we walked in) The hall ways stink The front desk clerk nice but always on his phone When I asked about a light switch, I was told “none of those work anywhere on property, only the lamps work” Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

The cleanliness of the room was poor. There were holes in the wall in a few places. The tub did not drain well. I appreciated the young woman that checked me in. She was helpful and kind.
