HVAC unit in the rooms was very noisy. No matter what I did using the outdated remote seemed to work. Had to call front desk at 11pm to have someone take a look at it. Walls and ceiling are bare concrete. I know it was an old mill back in the day but didn;t really like the aestetics in the room.

Unique modern feel but property retained historical quality of the old mill it once was. Parking needs improvement. There are not enough spaces for the number of rooms.

We only stayed for two nights, but no one ever came to clean our room or take the trash/towels, etc. also no fridge or microwave so if you’re staying for a long while there’s no food storage. Breakfast not included but fancy restaurant attached.

This place was really great! Modern and perfectly located. Not too far from the beach, the airport is 2 miles away, the mall, restaurants.. it's all close. The restaurant in property was great too!
