Staff were very friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. The room was extremely spacious with a great location. However, it was very outdated where it felt old and dirty. Baseboards were missing or broken, one of the closet doors barely opened, the place just looked worn. The price was on point...great actually.

Staff watched me struggle in the lobby with my suitcase and offered no help. Room seemed to not be cleaned properly due to the mosquitos biting me in my room I had to try killing them. Shower needed another major cleaning. I did not feel comfortable showering without my flip flops. Also the shower head gad spots on it and was not properly installed in the wall. In the shower only two out of three tubes for shower gel and shampoo were half way filled but did not look up to sanitary standards. Then 9am a housekeeper banged on my door as I am in the shower asking “ when are you leaving?” When check out is 11am. I responded “11am” and she walked away. I did not expect this place to feel like a motel but it did. I paid $271 but felt like it should have been $100 due to lack of quality. Only good thing was i got to check in early.

Positives: close to private ish beach with umbrellas and chairs. Walking distance for shops and dining. Comfortable bed! Negatives: my room wasn't ready when I arrived and once it was I got one with a running toilet. Didn't get fixed until the next afternoon. Misquotes, they need to spray. Shower smelled like pee and the light didn't work in it. They have a vending machine but don't offer any way to brake bills. The vending machine took a chunk out of my finger when I reached in to grab my water, so be careful and use two hands. Definitely not sound proof rooms.

Quiet place. Nice sports bar 30 second walk. 5 min to the beach. They have a private area with chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Nice staff and clean rooms.

Good location, small hotel, just to sleep-in but across the street from the beach. The night we got there it was a power outage for a few hours so we couldn’t take showers because the hot water wasn’t working

The hotel was located in a central area of Grace Bay close to many restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Beach is a short block away with nice lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests. The proximity of the hotel to everything made for a great vacation. Staff was responsive quickly to our needs. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were large. Rooms could use a few updates but were acceptable. Overall nice stay!

A great value for the price. The location was excellent. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. A less than 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Horrible. I checked out a day early. Just to be told that they will NOT refund the day I did NOT utlize. The front desk refused to put me in touch with management. Be careful. Unfortunately people in TCI are very money hungry and quick to take your funds if you pay upfront.
