Windsong on the Reef offers 133 air-conditioned accommodations with a safe and coffee/tea makers. Each accommodation is individually decorated. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. This Providenciales resort provides complimentary wireless Internet access.

Near the Bight reef so could swim from shore to snorkel (if the waves are not too high). We had a room with direct access to the pool and a few steps from the beach. Decor is modern and beachy and really clean. Our unit included a sitting area, kitchenette, dining table. Kitchenette was well stocked with cooking and dining utensils so cooking your own meals is easy. There is a shuttle to the grocery store once a day. The only downside was there were not many dining choices; basically only two restaurants. The complimentary continental breakfast had few choices but food was fresh and dining area was comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. This resort is a place to unwind and relax.

Nice hotel. Comfortable and brand new room. Great staff. However, no “real” restaurant. Menu very limited and quality was average. Continental breakfast was a joke. We enjoyed our stay at Windsong. Their property is Very Clean, the staff were very helpful, the food onsite was good. Housekeeping was very attentive and clean. A must is snorkeling in the reefs right on the beach. The oceanfront room was spectacular. We would come back!

The property was fabulous. A little expensive for the off-season but loved almost everything but one giant disappointment. I checked out on Friday September 12th and realized Saturday morning I had forgotten my Beats Headphones in my room. I contacted the front dest Saturday morning when I realized they were not in my bag and I KNOW I left them on the nightstand. I was told housekeeping did not turn any headphones in. This means housekeeping kept my expensive headphones. Was it my fault for forgetting to put them in my bag…yes it was. You’d think a 5 Star property would question staff a little better about being honest with guest’s belongings that made a mistake by forgetting them. Employees might think “finders-keepers” but it’s THEFT.

The property is charming and picturesque. It is small but has the ability to feel secluded- like you are the only one there - maybe because it was the end of the season. It was the perfect getaway that we needed to reset and relax. And the staff treat you like guests. They are friendly and easygoing. Everything was clean and well appointed, from the rooms to the layout chairs covered with fresh towels. The ocean view was incredible and so easy to assess from multiple areas of the resort. We will be back!

Clean and spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Raheem, our Butler, was extremely helpful with scheduling our activities outside of the resort. He was nice and the utmost professional.

Have been going to windsong almost yearly for over 5 years. It is starting to show its age. Needs some updating. Added new building but needs to update older building and pool. This visit I noticed the staff was not as friendly and helpful as before. The person helping with the water sports got very snippy with my daughter and granddaughter.

I really like the staff they were so humble, courteous and kind. The room was spotless clean, refreshing, and nicely organized with marble floors, nice clean fashionable decor. The landscaping was out of this world It’s like you stepped into a vacation fairy land. Tall beautiful palm trees all kinds of huge bright color red yellow tropical real flowers and waterfalls. I’m so blown away and grateful for a peaceful and comfortable vacation stay. I forgot to say the front desk made sure me and my husband felt safe by calling us safe taxis to and from our dinner, shopping, Casino and air port. Windsong is a 10 out of 10.
