Location is perfect. It’s about a 12 minute walk to PTwon’s Main Street. The house has gorgeous panoramic ocean views and an exceptionally well stocked kitchen. The living areas are spacious and great for groups. Hosts are especially communicative and accommodating. Check-in and departure are seamless. Could not recommend more highly.

We had a wonderful stay! Fred’s communication was excellent and everything went very smoothly. The house was the perfect space for our group of 11. Comfortable, spacious, and well set up for a large gathering. The location was convenient, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and just a 15–20 minute walk to downtown Provincetown. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious and comfortable, with a great deck and sunroom that were perfect for lounging and hanging out. The location was solid—easy bike ride into town and just a short walk to the supermarket. The host was super communicative and made everything easy. Would happily stay again and recommend to others!

Amazing!!

This spacious home was perfect and helped us create the perfect vibe for our family gathering. Fred and Shaun were so warm and kind and helpful. From the moment we landed til the second we left we felt cared for by our hosts— giving us space and checking in at just the right times.The location was perfect for runs to the supermarket and walks into town. Wonderful house for a group

Huge house with everything you could possibly need for entertaining a large group. Every kitchen appliance under the sun (three coffee makers!), two decks and a sunroom, nice big living/dining room, and all six bedrooms are attractive and comfortable (no bad rooms!). Super clean upon check-in, too! There is a downstairs tenant and nearby neighbors so you have to be conscious of being polite and not disruptive, but that was no problem. We threw a small wedding (10 of us stayed at the house, and 20 additional guests joined us on saturday evening for a dinner reception), and there was plenty of space and no problem with parking 5 cars in the drive. It is on a small private dirt road with no street parking, so just be aware of that if you have a lot of people with vehicles (also google maps will take you the wrong way trying to get there). Walkable from downtown and right near stop & shop (which you can see from the deck). Host was lovely and flexible with letting us check in a little early on our first day.

Perfect getaway

I booked this property to celebrate completing my 20th Pan Mass Challenge with my riding friends and my family. The house was perfectly located close to the PMC finish for the riders yet also so convenient to town. We loved the space — so many beds and bathrooms! And so well outfitted with everything you would need in the kitchen and great games for diversion if it rains (which it did). Fred, the host, is so friendly and accommodating. Usually I celebrate every 10 years, but am already looking for excuses to go back sooner!

50th birthday celebration

We rented the house with 6 couples for the week to celebrate my 50th birthday and the house exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect!!!! Large spacious comfortable spaces (seating, lounging and sleeping) for everyone and the Kitchen had all of the necessities we needed. Fred (owner) arranged pick up at the pier (we paid) when we arrived, he was there to greet us when we arrived and even printed out some work documents I needed for a meeting. We had an AMAZING time and highly recommend this house!!!

Bachelorette party for my daughter

Communication with the owner was almost immediate. He was incredibly helpful and offered any assistance we could need. Turns out we had everything we needed. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. The house is stunning and easily accommodated 12 of us. The common space was so comfortable with an enormous couch, large dining table and 2 large decks on each level! It’s an easy walk to the town where there was so much to do! Even in mid May… this coastal town was alive with dancing, great restaurants, shops of all kinds…. I will definitely be back! It was a lovely home with wonderful attentive hosts.

Beautiful, clean and well appointed!

Our family stayed her to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a wonderful stay! The common areas of the home are perfect for enjoying time together, while the bedrooms are large and comfortable and just far enough away from the common areas to allow a quiet place to retreat. The bathrooms are large and updated. The house is very clean and appointed with all the little things you appreciate when you are away from home. Our host, Fred, also went out of his way to make sure things were perfect for us to surprise my husband. Spectacular experience!

family reunion

this was perfect for our group. only 6 made the reunion so we all got our own bedroom. 4 bathrooms were enough for 6 women to all shower etc. an easy walk to supermarket for breakfast and lunch supplies. we went to Macs 3 times for dinner because so close. we could walk to downtown in about 10 minutes. bike shack right across from Stop & Go so easy to walk to. we came over on ferry so we did not have a car. House convienent to walk most places but very quiet.

Perfect group vacation house!

We had so much fun staying at this house! The setup is perfect for entertaining/hanging out as a group, and there was plenty of space for people to sleep. The house is comfortable and has lovely amenities including lots of porch space. Located about a mile from downtown Provincetown and a short drive to the beach, it's well-situated, too. Fred, the host, was also so helpful. Definitely a great spot for your next get-together!

Great home for group!

we loved our stay - 10 adults - to celebrate 3 birthdays. especially loved the large eat in kitchen and the BIG living room/dining room that comfortbaly fit ten of us for dinner and 10 of us to chill on the couch. great views. big rooms, comfortable beds, etc. we've done a yearly trip with this group for a decade and we agreed this is one of the best houses we've rented.

Great Home for Large Groups

The home was very spacious for a large group and it was a convenient location for a quick walk to the grocery store or stroll down to commercial street. The walk to the main area of town takes about 15 mins. The size of the home allowed for everyone to have their own space, but also had large common areas to be able to spend time together. The host was very responsive, we had no issues while at the property but any questions I asked were answered immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to everyone!

Lovey home, perfect for big vacation groups

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and the grocery store was so conveinantly located that we were available to avoid over-buying. Sensinble 12-15 minute walk to the main attractions of Ptown. Fred and Shaun were communicative and kind!

Great Location, Friendly helpful host, Spacious well appointed home

We had a get together for my mother's 90th with the all over 60 siblings. It was a great location, walkable to Commercial Street businesses and restaurants and right around the corner from Stop and Shop and Liquor Store, but very quiet neighborhood. Each room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space for the 8 of us with a large living room and outdoor areas as well. Fred was easily reachable and made sure that all was in order and provided a friendly hello when we got there. Highly recommended home and host for a relaxing Provincetown vacation!

Great house for a family or big group!

We had a great stay at Fred’s house! The location is great - walking distance to Commercial and the beach. The house itself had tons of space for our group of 14 & a great screened in porch for hanging out in the evenings. Fred was so communicative & helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Bachelorette weekend in paradise

This was by far the best rental property I have ever stayed at. I went with my fiancé and 10 of our closest friends and family. Everyone had a comfortable sleeping arrangement, there was plenty of bathrooms, and the space was overall just really great. The view from the porch was awesome and you can walk right to the heart of commercial street in about 12 minutes. This saved us a fortune on Ubers and parking fees. Will definitely be back!!

Amazing place- great stay!!

We had such an amazing stay! The house is huge with tons of beds and more space than we anticipated! We loved the porch area for relaxing, and the decks for coffee/cocktails in the morning/evening! Fred could not have been more helpful- allowing us in early and out late around our ferry schedule. So kind and attentive! We will definitely be back!

We love this house and Ptown!

We loved this home and Fred made our stay truly amazing with his accommodations and quick responses. The house is beautiful, great porch, view, big kitchen and living areas! We had a great time and we're able to walk into town multiple times. We will hopefully be back soon!

Absolutely Perfect

My three grown kids, their spouses and my partner and I meet every three years at a fun location to spend a week together. 2021 was intended to be Bali- but…Covid made a gazillion hour plane trip to Indonesia feel -well-crazy. We opted instead to introduce them to Provincetown! My partner grew up spending every summer here- working the kitchen at the Governor Bradford. He brought me here our first year together and I fell in love. Fred’s place couldn’t have been more perfect for our gathering spot. We used all 6 bedrooms. Everyone had their own private space and yet there was still so much room to be together for game nights, cocktails on the screened in porch and views from the deck. The home is appointed with everything you need right down to beach chairs and an umbrella. We loved every minute of our time there. Thank you for helping us make so many wonderful memories.

Fantastic Home

All of our housemates were thrilled with this beautiful large home. Each couple and individual got a large room, but loved to gather in the spacious living/dining room. We really appreciated the owner’s greeting and tour. We hope to stay here again for years to come.
