Parking for one vehicle only. The lot is tight. Be sure to park only in the bounds of space #2 and as far forward as possible.
Due to local fire codes and guest safety grilling is not permitted on or near the wood decks. Grilling is only permitted in the driveway/parking area.
Out of respect for our neighbors, do not leave your dog unattended.
