Horrible pullout couch bed

Our stay was great except for the fact that the pullout couch bed was horribly uncomfortable and the couch itself sagged, so there was not any really comfortable place for sitting (I had to put a pillow under one buttock to even out the sagging couch). The tiny coffee pot always got coffee grounds all over. But the marvelous, cool ocean breeze made up for everything.

Our stay was very relaxing and having access to an inside pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and a private beach was great. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of air conditioning. The first night was so hot that I could barely sleep even with the fan that is provided and even if you leave the balcony door open for a breeze, the doors make a lot of noise when closing and people using the pools and talking is very noisy and will wake you up.

I was really disappointed with my stay. I specifically requested a room with two beds, but instead was given a Murphy bed and an extremely uncomfortable pullout couch. On top of that, nothing seemed to work in the room — the TV didn’t work, there was no air conditioning, only one fan, and the microwave was broken. The toilet seat was also loose and would shift to the side every time I sat down. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the pool and the beach area, which were nice. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made the overall experience very frustrating and not worth the stay.

Hotel was a good size and room was clean. Location was good. It was easier to get ubers to and from downtown. There was also a bus that regularly stopped if you're looking for a cheaper option. Would stay again.

No front desk open in the later evening hours .. there was a person driving around the parking lot at 3 am burning rubber .. heard girls fighting .. cops came the next day .. this is obviously a seasonal hotel and found almost no staff for overnight hours is not safe . The pull out couch mattress was not comfortable at all which most are not but this was like paper thin .. I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay again

Love the location, front desk staff were the BEST! Our room was spacious, clean and complete with a full kitchen. Added Bonus of being on the bus route! Wish the pool and ocean front rooms came with Air Conditioning. Main building only has AC, that being said main building was great. We will be back!

Could use some modernization and a fresh coat of paint. Was there over a heatwave and no air conditioning, the room was 90 degrees. The bed was a Murphy with a mattress thrown over an old one. Extremely uncomfortable. For Cape prices it is reasonable so you get what you pay for

Title: Never Again – Overpriced, Uncomfortable, and Lacking Basics I don't normally write reviews, but after my stay, I felt compelled to warn others about this place. I’m still shocked that I paid so much for such a subpar experience. First off, the ocean-side units have NO air conditioning. In a place that’s supposed to be a relaxing getaway, that’s a huge oversight. We had to keep the slider open to get any airflow, but all we got was the smell of cigarettes and weed. The suite was supposed to fit four people, but it was comfortable for maybe two adults, at best. We had to squeeze and make it work. The furniture felt cramped, and the layout was awkward, which made it feel even smaller. And the electrical outlets—there were maybe four outlets total in the entire suite, so charging phones, laptops, and other devices was a nightmare. Pack a power strip if you can, or be ready to fight for charging time. The television was laughable—barely bigger than a computer monitor, and the reception was terrible. Blurry, hazy with lines—you couldn’t make out anything. So much for winding down with a movie after a long day. To top it all off, the laundry facilities were a joke. The machines were coin-operated and broken. Spend your money somewhere else.
