Everything was nearby. The bed was comfortable and the house is very clean. The only thing is that our room was very hot. The a/c is not cool enough for that room. Luckily I carry a handheld fan, but even with the ceiling fan and my handheld fan the room was still a bit hot.

This is a hostel (not noted on description) located through a garage that is blocked off because they are also a bakery. It has shared bathrooms and you cannot wear shoes in the garage area (which is not clean). It was too much for me so I did not go in. Impossible place unless you are adventuring.

Misleading Description

You are NOT renting a guest house. You are renting a room within a guest house and will share common areas. This is basically a normal house converted into a hotel. I feel like the property description is misleading.

Shared house

Check in was great, but it was my first clue I should have read reviews. I didn’t realize we would be sharing the house with strangers. We came in close to midnight, so I hope we didn’t wake anyone, but I don’t know. It was me (female) and my two young adult daughters. Not the situation I would have chosen for us had I realized, but I thought it was ok since there were three of us. Most everything else was fine. Comfortable, quiet, private bathroom. Breakfast was just Captain Crunch and oatmeal packets. My other one BIG gripe was no hair dryer! That is something I expect when I pay to stay inside. If I’m staying with friends or family or camping, I bring my own. But I’ve never stayed in a hotel, air b&b, resort… where there wasn’t a hair dryer provided. Big miss. Also, exactly three towels for three of us and one washcloth. No hand towels.

WARNING: This property is advertised as a NEW guesthouse which leads one to believe similar to a b&b. NOT! It is a duplex renting out bedrooms. It was just weird! If it weren't prepaid and only 1 night, we would have left. Luckily we had the master which meant private bath, others had to share. 😞. Another family came in and left - didn't blame them. We contacted Expedia for a chat!
