Definitely a "Yes".

I loved this hotel! Great location, clean, and the staff was very nice. Negatives: Not enough light in the room and no elevator. On the other hand, the staff was always available to help with luggage and it's an old building that was renovated with modern bathrooms, etc. and so the positives outweigh the negatives easily. From this hotel, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Puebla.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Altstadt

Auf unserer mexiko Rundreise haben wir für eine Nacht in puebla halt gemacht und in diesem wunderschönen Hotel übernachtet. Ganz hervorragend renovierte und liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer in einem alten kolonialhaus. Sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon in den Innenhof. Einziger Wermutstropfen: in der casa de la Palma Travel gibt es kein frühstück (nur in der deutlich teureren casa de la Palma direkt nebenan). Ist aber kein Problem, da am zentralen Platz, 2 min entfernt, einige Cafés vorhanden sind.

Buen hotel

Es un buen hotel, solo que no tiene asesor, así que si eres una persona que no puede subir escaleras, es mejor buscar otra opción, ¿lo padre?, pues nos toco escuchar niños corriendo, y cosas extrañas, y pues resulto que no había niños hospedados en el hotel... si te gustan las aventuras, este esta padre.

Muy obscuro y frio

Nada confortable, además de que la tarifa que pagamos está muy alta, en el hotel estaba una lona enorme en donde se ofrecía la noche a la mitad de precio que pagamos, Además no quisieron darnos factura dijeron que Ustedes nos la darían. El hotel no cuenta con ningún tipo de servicio para hacer confortable la estancia

Hotel rustico agradable

Rustico interesante buena ubicación , la limpieza en camas me decepciono ya que al descansar vi insectos parecidos a una hormiga en las sábanas, y estas no muy limpias, algo desagradable a la hora del descanso, El encargado del turno nos cambió de habitación sin problema pero tenia regreso de olores del drenaje en el baño algo que corregi con dos toallas, el precio rebasa por mucho a lo que proporciona el hotel

es una verguenza que cobren el doble por internet, y llegue uno a su hotel, y se encuentre frente a una manta colgada de 650 pesos por cama queen siza, como si fuera otel de paso...también el tema del estacionamiento es un muy serio problema... y a los empleados del hotel no les interesa ayudar ó apoyar al respecto.... hay una mafia manejando el estacionamiento de a lado y cuidador de los lugares de la calle....ñ

No respetan las reservaciones

Ni siquiera me respetaron la reservacion la empleada recepcionista se comunico solo para pedir el pago de la habitacion cuando yo elegi pago al llegar y como No le parecio me cancelo. No es un hotel fiable ni de confianza
