Prostitute hotel. Do not go

Half used lotion. Body fluids on sheets. Employees were rude no one speaks English but even if you speak Spanish I would never come here again. Very dirty. Apparently they only clean the hotel for events. They also had a party till 4am in the room above us and we asked to be moved and all the rooms are equally unkempt and unwashed

You get what you pay for...

It is a clean hotel, but for $35, well, you get that value. Pillows are paper thin and beds very hard with the springs "massaging" you all night. It was a convenient location to sleep and rest during the trip. Even though I paid via hotels.com, they didn't have my reservation registered but they gave me a room anyway.

No están coordinados con Expedia, lo que ocasiona que haya confusiones en las reservas. El personal en general es muy malo y el hotel está muy descuidado.

La ubicación es muy buena, por eso lo elegí, ya sabía las condiciones del hotel, ahora me toco que el control de TV no funcionara correctamente. Estaba limpio, pero abajo de alfombras debe haber polvo y humedad por el olor. Calidad regular. El servicio de restaurant me pareció bueno. Falla administrativa no tenían mi reservación que hice por hoteles,com tardé media hora en entrar a mi habitación

Hotel cerca del centro de puebla

Tiene muy buena ubicación, hay restaurantes cerca y un centro comercial. El personal es amable y atiende bien. El restaurante es pésimo. La comida no es buena, está en mal estado y tardan mucho tiempo en servirte. El internet tampoco es bueno. El cuarto está limpio, es de buen tamaño y es cómodo. El hotel está muy descuidado y aunque los cuartos están limpios el resto del hotel no parece estarlo. No hay adornos en las paredes, la pintura está desgastada, todo se ve extremadamente antiguo y en mal estado. Para ir a dormir únicamente está muy bien. El lugar es cómodo y está en una ubicación excelente.

Hotel buena ubicación cerca de plaza dorada

Fue grata aunque hubo malestar por la limpieza, ya que de las 4 noches que estuve ahí, 2 días tuve que reclamar la limpieza de la habitación, 1 día la hicieron a las 7 p.m. y la siguiente eran las 2 y todavía sin hacer el servicio. Los alimentos bien, solo recomendaría un poco más de variedad en el desayuno. Las instalaciones requieren de mucho mantenimiento y los servicios en la habitación, no son como los ofrecieron en la página de EXPEDIA. Ejemplo no había si secadora de cabello ni frigobar en la habitación. El mobiliario deteriorado. y la tina de baño con un aspecto pésimo

La peor cama y almohada que he tenido en años

Tal vez la relación precio/beneficio de este hotel sea adecuada, sin embargo hacía años que no dormía tan mal. El colchón una reverenda porquería y las almohadas espantosas, duras, delgadas y nada adaptables. No regresaría a este hotel ni de broma, aunque sorprendentemente el desayuno estuvo muy rico, a la hora de darle propina al mesero, me salió con que "no había cambio" y entonces tuve que darle $50 de propina por un desayuno de $120 (el cual estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación).

pesimo atencion.

La ubicación es muy buena debido a que esta cerca de una zona comercial. En el hotel hay un olor a humedad y es muy desagradable, no se si sea por las alfombras que despiden ese olor.La atención es muy mala, la señorita que atendio mi queja no tiene idea de lo que es el servicio a el cliente, poco le falto para agredirme, me queje por que llegue a las 4:00 pm a mi habitación y no estaba limpia, después de haber tenido un dia de trabajo duro y pesado lo único que quería era descansar.
