Es un lugar lindo, céntrico. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y acogedoras. La persona que nos registró no fue amable, le hice un par de preguntas y fue ruda en sus respuestas. La supervisora nada amable. Tuvimos un tema de limpieza en la habitación, afortunadamente al día siguiente pudimos hablar con el gerente que muy amable y abierto a escuchar compensó el disgusto.

Quiero reportar que durante nuestra estancia en su hotel en Puebla sufrimos la desaparición de pertenencias del vehículo sin acceso al estacionamiento, encontramos al personal de recepción dormido, alguien abrió nuestra habitación mientras estábamos dentro y el gimnasio era demasiado pequeño, situaciones que afectaron gravemente nuestra seguridad y experiencia.

Great location with very helpful and attentive staff. Room a bit smaller than usual, but comfortable and clean. Affordable breakfast buffet option but it may be better to have it at nearby places with local variety.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was beautiful and very spacious, with a stunning view of the cathedral. The location is truly unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and caring, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Great location

I booked a balcony room but only got a view room. Restaurant above us was a bit noisy late at night. I wish they had a policy of being quiet when rearranging the furniture late at night and staff not wearing noisy heels.
