Not worth the price

Every aspect of this place was terrible. They weren’t able to print our keys, room, hallways, elevator, and lobby were very dirty, pool was out of order, room did not have clean towels but dirty ones were draped on the shower rod, AC broken. Dust, dirt, fingerprints everywhere. Sink and shower were clogged and hair coming out of the drain. Breakfast food and coffee were constantly running out. I could tell they were very short staffed. Room had broken furniture and fixtures, no phone. Did not see a housekeeping employee within the walls of the hotel the entire stay.

A Great Stay at the End of a Long Day!

It was a great place after a long day at the end of a long day on the bike! Theresa at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, getting me the best room available on a preferred floor... If you need a solid place to stay in Canon City, consider the Hampton Inn!

Elevator doesnot work and lobby is untidy.

Elevator was not working and the reservation had to be cancelled during check in as I had elderly family members with luggage who cannot take the stairs. Hotel did not agree to refund the amount. Why would they confirm the reservation if they don’t have facilities running properly? Terrible experience.

The elevator was broken when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were out of order (one of the reasons we chose this hotel). The bathroom sink was clogged and leaked all over. The bedding didn't fit the bed. There was a homeless camp just off the property and the homeless attempted to break into cars in the parking lot.

I was absolutley saddened by the staff,They did the bare minimum of their job. Breakfast evey morning was sub-par. The comforter had dog hair all over it, I waould habe said something if I thought the staff would get me a different one.

The staff was friendly but the elevators were down, our room blankets had stains, our bathroom door didn't have a handle on the outside so we were afraid to shut it, and there were ants.

Bedding had stains. Chairs had stains. Tub didn't drain, so by the time I got out of the shower, the water was half way up my calf. Homeless guy sleeping on the walk by the door. Check in took FOREVER!!! We were told a room would be ready in 20 minutes...I CANNOT tell you how MANY 20 minutes passed before we finally got in a room!!! I believe they are seriously UNDERSTAFFED. The only 'bright' spot was Ginny, it was her 3rd day and she said it was her LAST. Didn't take her long to figure out that particular Hampton IS NOT the place to work! I doubt that I'd ever TRY another Hampton again ever after this experience! The pool was NOT functional...my son was looking SO FORWARD to using it! The room was relatively clean, but the floor in the elevator was FILTHY!!! Some of the furniture in the room needed repaired...Room # 208 Sandi Mosser Golden, CO I was in Canon City for the Celebration of Life for a DEAR friend of MORE than 50 years!

I wanted a pool and it was under work and not available. That should have been addressed when I made the reservation. A barking dog was unacceptable and it was scratching the door . The staff did move us, and the elevator was out.!!

The hotel is filthy .. Pool, hot tub and elevator not working. Shower wouldn't drain because of hair in the drain. Mold in the bathroom. Employee's not happy and 2 out of the 3 I spoke with are quitting in the next 2 weeks. The bed looked like the duvet had just been thrown on. No housekeeping ... Best not going there is that is 1 of your options.

Lady at desk was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel is nasty a lot of things that need to be fixed. When we checked in one room was so gross. The tub was full of dirty water and tub was nasty. It had not been cleaned. The other room my son and family was in had no refrig , their tub was dirty too. Husband and son said breakfast was gross
