The Apartment is Located in a Building with a Rooftop with unbeatable 180° Ocean Views, a Spectacular Pool in RoofTop, a Gym, a Pool in front the Beach, a Family Room, and an enviable Location, just steps from the Beach, a couple of blocks away from Puerto Morelos Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping, Convenience Store and the beautiful Beach with Turquoise Water.

Entering the Apartment, you'll find a Full Equipped Kitchen on your Right, then, on your left, you have the full Bathroom and if you keep walking the Aisle, you´ll find 3-in-1 (Living, Dining & Bedroom) Open concept space with a Balcony as a visual highlight.

A Table for 2 or 4, a Sofa Bed, A/C and Laundry Space.

The Bedroom is at the back and has a King Size Bed, 2 Nightstands, a Screen, A/C, a Closet, and a Desk for Home Work. It also has a Balcony with 2 Chairs and a Table for Reading or Drinks.

The Apartment is on the 4th Level of the Building. There are 2 elevators, Stairs, a Lobby, and in front of it, a Beautiful Pool.

As your Reservation date approaches, you´ll receive the necessary Information for your arrival, as well as your Digital Access Code.

The Elevators and Stairs are just in front of the Lobby. Go up to the 4th Floor and there you will find the Apartment you booked with us.
