Everything was good except the room maintenance was an issue. Had to call for a maintenance everyday of our stay from taps, Ac, no water etc. The waiters were really friendly and respectful.

I really enjoyed this day. We’ve been before last year and we wanted to come again because of how well they treated us. The food was beyond amazing. You have several different options from buffet to actual dining in at a restaurant. We got the ruby room we had our own butler Our own restaurant and pool table area or lounge guest services were amazing drinks where to die for the hotel is extremely safe and the workers continuously check on you to make sure you are comfortable fed and overall taking care of I rate this hotel a 10 out of 10 if you’re looking for somewhere to feel comfortable enjoy some family time or baecation this resort is definitely it. We also were able to enjoy the spa area which was beyond beautiful. I’ve never experienced a massage like the one that I experienced there again if you’re looking for somewhere to enjoy one of the best vacations you can have this resort is it!!

I went on a family trip with my 1 and 7 year old and my best friend and her family (two other toddlers). We really enjoyed the resort, it was big enough but not huge, perfect for families. Staff was extremely nice! The food was really good. Our room was always cleaned. My husband and I booked a massage and it was amazing!!! We enjoyed the hydrotherapy before our appointment. We highly recommend and would stay there again.

Limited dining options, they charge $15 US dollars for room service delivery fees, every order. Only place that you have Ac is your room. Lunch option is very very very very limited and there were only 5 to 7 shade umbrellas around the pool.

The staff here is great. Everyone was very nice and conversational. It's more of a family resort, but they enjoy having young adults (A shot was offered at every corner 😂). If you want to go clubbing I'd recommend something closer to the hotel zone but if you want some peace and more family oriented attractions then this is in a great location. They don't seem to do room service to often so there was some confusion but they worked it out! (Late night eating may also be more of a young adult activity so I don't think they have had to do it too often).

Hotel is kid friendly with great amenities for kids. Great water park and pools. Service was great and rooms were very nice and clean. Pretty much every room has an ocean view. We didn’t like the dinning options for small children. Buffet was closed for lunch and dinner leaving very few options for young children to get a proper fast meal. This was very disappointing. They also need more shade in the kids pool area. Apart from these two items. We had a great vacation with our family.

The food options and food itself was terrible. The buffet is only open for breakfast, with limited options, opened late every day (7:10am/7:15am is not 7am), and the majority of the workers hate their jobs and act like it. The baby high chairs and trays are dirty, and when brought to staff's attention, they are irritated that they need to bring a new one. The water served at the table is not filtered and made everyone sick during the trip. The rest of the meals is a game of 'who is open', as the restaurants are random in what is open. Sometimes one restaurant, sometimes only the Beach Grill. Dinner is a the worst for sure. There are only two restaurants open, one of which declines people without a reservation (Steak), but then there is only one other option. The Italian place needs a new Chef who understands recipe development. When you stay for 7 nights and 4 dinners are at 1 restaurant and 3 dinners are at another restaurant, it gets repetitive. This would never happen even at one's own home or eating at only two restaurants for dinner for a whole week. Had we known the food situation prior to booking, we would not have stayed here. Also, the staff in every area except the Cafe and the Kids Activities, are terrible. They do not give good service, their moto is "tip me for any attention" instead of "I will give great service and you will give me a tip for it". The staff are too obvious about their hunger for tips. Either they are poorly paid, or they all have bad attitudes.

The seaweed stench is extremely strong. You can't enjoy the balcony of your room or the pool in adult area. The knights pub is a cool place to hang out. The amber lounge is a hidden gem great view and seaweed stench doesn't reach it. The beach simply can't be enjoyed with a pile of seaweed blocked in the nets of the neighboring property which seems abandonded. The seaweed leeches and gives a piss like color to the water in the resort beach. Neighboring property's HVAC system is loud and can be heard non stop even from within the room.

I honestly would have enjoyed my stay more if I was guided around a bit more with regards to the way an all-inclusive works. We were not shown to our room, we got lost. We had no electricity when we got into the room and the tv was not working. Once a bit more settled, our mini bar was not restocked when we asked for a room refresh. So, we had to ask for water and more bathroom toilet paper. I would have to say I am not sure that I would be back. I felt like a number. There were not enough dining options and if that had anything to do with the time in which we traveled, we really should be made aware before booking. We were looking forward to Mexican Cuisine and did not get to enjoy any because the restaurant was closed the entire time.

The staff was excellent. Very family friendly resort for families. The ladies at the adventure club were awesome, the wait staff at the pools were excellent(Macdiel and Ivan were particularly awesome). The entertainment staff worked very hard and were enthusiastic. Wait Staff at both ala carte restaurants we attended made sure we were well fed and attended to without being the least but overbearing. Itzel at La Pergola(beautiful) was a hostess extraordinaire. Hever at La Pergola(everybody actually) greeted me daily regardless of where I was seated and anticipated our needs. Elena and Daniela at the coffee shop made excellent cappuccinos and were always friendly(both beautiful). I could go on with the names but seeing as I was on vacation I had a bunch to drink and am afraid I would butcher the names. In summary, the facilities were very good for a small-medium sized resort but the staff never disappointed. Family oriented with adults having plenty for themselves. I pray I get to see these amazing individuals once again as their dedication, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile made it worthwhile. My kids' favorite resort out of all of the resorts we've been to. We go yearly
