Modern Ocean Front Condo on kauniit näkymät lahden Banderas. Sijaitsee suosittu Los Muertos Beach ja muutaman askeleen alas portaita laittaa sinut suoraan rannalla. Sijaitsee helpon kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta vanhan kaupungin Vallarta tarjoaa - baareja, ravintoloita, taidegallerioita ja Malecon. Ihanteellinen lomakohde, josta voit kokea parhaan Puerto Vallarta.

Tämä remontoitu osakehuoneisto nukkuu 4 kahdessa master-sviitissä, joissa on king size -vuoteet - ihanteellinen kahdelle pariskunnalle. (Toinen makuuhuone voidaan muuntaa kahdeksi erilliseksi vuoteeksi pyynnöstä). Siinä on kylpyhuoneissa graniittinen keittiötaso ja marmorilevy. Suuri parveke on keskittynyt olohuone merinäköalalla horisonttiin - eturivissä paikkaa upea Puerto Vallarta auringonlaskuja!

Huoneisto sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä Blue Tuolit, Ritmos (vihreät tuolit) ja Mantemar Beach Club.

Muutama huomautus:
 - Kiinteistö sijaitsee suoraan rannalla ja tavallinen rantamelu ja toiminnot liittyvät kaikkiin ranta-etuihin.
- rakennuksessa on 24 tunnin vartiointi. Kaikille turvallisuudelle vieraat antavat rakennuksen tunnuksen käytettäväksi kiinteistössä ja sisäänkäynnin rakennukseen - mukava turvallisuustaso, joka pitää rakennuksen erittäin turvallisena. Vastaanotto ei salli yli neljä ihmistä rekisteröitymään tähän yksikköön.
- TUPAKOINTI KIELLETTY. Tämä on savuton rakennus (ei tupakointia yhteisillä alueilla) ja savuton huoneisto-yksikkö (ei tupakointia missä tahansa yksikössä myös parveke).
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Playa de los Muertos. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Beautiful Condo in Prime Location

We love visiting Puerto Vallarta, and have many times. We've always wanted to stay at the Playa Bonita condominium community, and so thankful we finally did. The location is supreme, and the amenities fantastic. The staff is so attentive and available 24/7. The manager of this property is also very attentive and was able to address minor matters very quickly. I would 101% recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Puerto Vallarta 2024

Very nice accommodations. Perfect for two couples (basically two master suites.) All was as advertised. Bedrooms are air conditioned; living areas are not but do have ceiling fans. If you have any heat related health issues (and the weather is hot) this could be a problem. Desk staff very, very, nice and helpful. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants (some very good), bars and shopping. Across street from beach. Not on main street so flagging a cab sometimes difficult. Ask condo staff (or Blue Chair waiters - across street) to call cab. Always worked. If you have any ambulatory issues be aware that walking more than a block will require negotiating a steep hill. We very much enjoyed our stay. If we rent this unit again (and we may well do so) we will ask to have daily (or at least every other day) maid service to empty trash, wash towels and sheets and mop. There is an additional charge for this service but not expensive and well worth the cost. (I believe the current arrangement is for maid to clean and empty trash twice per week.) BTW, when taking cab to condo, tell cab drivers you are going to the Blue Chair Resort. They all know that location. Few cabbies recognized the name of the condo.

Perfect Location

We took a girls trip in n July. Not the hight of the tourist season because it is HOTTT! That being said we had a blast as it wasn't heaving with people in PV then. The condo building was quiet. The pool very nice and also quiet. Both bedrooms have A/C but the living area doesn't....which is fine outside of high summer. But plenty of fans. The property is right across from Blue Chairs and Sapphire Beach Clubs. We hit Sapphire on the first day. But felt bougie and reserved chairs at La Palapa the next day. Food was amazing. You can walk to anywhere in Malecón/ Zona Romántica. I'd have hated staying at an all-inclusive. Michael the owner had great recs and was very helpful and super quick to respond. The concierges are friendly and helpful. Someone left a case of Modelo in the fridge so thanks previous guest!!

Great week, Great location

The condo was clean, safe, and well located. It feels larger than what the pictures show. It is right on the ocean, waves are loud! We walked everywhere in town, to restaurants, shopping, all up the Malecon. There is a handy mini grocery a few minutes away for fruit, beverages, eggs, etc. Bring cash, many places are cash only now. Saturday market was wonderful. So many good restaurants nearby - we had breakfast in then ate out otherwise. King Beds are comfy. Bathrooms are good sized and worked fine. Bring your own toiletries. Kitchen is stocked with basics. Laundry room is perfect. We never had a problem getting a chair on the beach in front, plus portables chairs are provided in the laundry room. It is a quiet building except for the normal beach noise. The area is very safe. The front desk people are helpful and happy. If you have a free day be sure to book a ticket to the Botanical Garden, it is absolutely beautiful.

Best location in Puerto Vallarta

This is an amazing beachfront condo. Michael the host communication was above excellent. The pictures of the condo are current and accurate. The condo is within walking distance to the heart of the city and all the best restaurants and activities. Our 5th VRBO in PV and we will always book this condo in the future.

Great location

Great location, fantastic ocean view and just a few short blocks away from so many great restaurants. We really enjoyed the balcony and watching the amazing sunsets and the evening rain storms. The staff was great and the area was quite at night. This was a great place to stay.

This property is amazing The View doesn't even do it justice from the pictures the open air feeling from the property is epic I saw a beautiful storms roll in roll out the beach is so close and comfortable you can have the private beach that comes at Playa Bonita or use the open Beach. The water was like bath water the pool in the place was also like bath water I was able to swim laps every day wasn't crowded. The staff could not be more helpful or happy really great people. The condo itself had more than enough space it was

Great location!

The Condo with its fantastic beach view and sunsets to die for was everything we wanted My friends and I celebrated my 60th birthday and cooked and enjoyed the balcony views and had everything we needed. AC in the bedrooms kept us comfortable. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and the views at Gay Beach out front were lovely! Would highly recommend staying here and it’s close to the Malecon and many shops and restaurants. Quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.

Great location overlooking the ocean. Very convenient for the romantic district. Despite being near downtown the area around the property is very peaceful. Front desk staff was very friendly and always helpful. The property needs a little TLC, but its a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Great Location and value

We have been going to Puerto Vallarta for over 40 years and used to stay high up the hill overlooking the bay, but this time we didn't want to deal with the long walks or cab rides to get to and from the beach. This building, Playa Bonita, is right on our favorite stretch of Playa Los Muertos and close to many restaurants and small shops. It is also next door to The Blue Chairs Beach Resort so if you're LGBT+, you can't get better located, plus the beach directly in front of the property is reserved for owners and guests of Playa Bonita, and has food/beverage service from the Blue Chairs restaurant, so you get all the benefits and don't have to be crowded in like the beach areas on either side. If you're not LGBT+, the location is still perfect for a relaxing vacation with the bay right outside your balcony. The unit is well maintained with maid service twice a week and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Fidel was our first contact at the property and proved to be an invaluable source of knowledge of the area and helpful if anything arises. He arranged for a physician to come to the unit a day before our departure back to the US to administer the required COVID test so we didn't have to go anywhere else to get it done. This unit is on the third floor at the farthest end away from the stairs and elevator, so noise from other guests was almost non-existant. The internet is very good and you can change the language on many of the cable channels if you want to watch many movies in English. The kitchen is well equipped so if you like to cook it's easy to find the utensils you might need. The owner, Michael, is very helpful and accommodating. He sends you a welcome email with a ton of information you'll need about how to get to the property, check in, and local amenities. We emailed back and forth a few times because I had additional questions that were not in the email and he always answers promptly. The condo was a good value for the price and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is exactly as it looks in the listing. Right across the street from the beach (but nothing obscuring your view). Located near everything in Zona Romantica and not far from the other parts of PV (centro, malecon, etc). Highly recommended!

A wonderful vacation

This is the second time we’ve stayed at condo Bonita, and the first time in this unit. The Building is conveniently located in the Zona Romantica close to everything. It is right on the beach, and the bonus is that it has its own private beach! That means there are always chairs available and it is serviced by the blue chairs restaurant. Michael was great to work with, always available and responsive. The unit is very bright, open, clean and modern. The fact that the patio doors open right up gives the sense of a much larger space and a flow right out to the balcony. We can’t wait to rent again!

Great stay

Our week at Playa Bonita was great. The unit is as described and the pictures are accurate. The building staff is very helpful. The unit is on the beach and close to PV restaurants and night life, We had one issue where the washing machine stopped during the wash cycle and maintenance came up right away to get things working again. My only minor recommendation would be to upgrade some of the older items ( washer/dryer is very old, iron and ironing board need to be replaced, and we only found one knife that was able to cut through a lime) but these are very minor issues. I would not hesitate to book this unit for a future stay.
