This property is absolutely beautiful!! It is a much smaller resort in comparison to ones I have visited but I would recommend it more for couples although families are welcome. I read the reviews for the property.

My partner and I just spent 6 days at this resort. It was beautiful!!! We walked in to the lobby, and gasped at the immediate ocean view. The staff were extremely friendly, and the buffet server we had (we had the same one everyday.. Alfredo) remembered our drink orders and the table we loved to sit at. There was amazing entertainment most nights, a beautiful swim up bar, and great Pina Coladas. Our only complaint was, the Italian restaurant gave my partner food poisoning, and room service never answered the phone. We had to go down to the lobby to order for after hours. The hotel dr came to our room promptly after the food poisoning, and we very helpful with her sickness. We will definitely be back, and with our kids next time. It looked like they had a lot of activities for kids.

We travelled as a group of 8 on our first big family trip ever. We had a great time, and cannot speak more highly of the dedicated staff who work here. Even when all the lights go down they are out there busting their butts to make everything nice for the next day. The views are spectacular - our rooms were on the economy side of things and were still incredible. The rooms were HUGE, well appointed. The food was really good - lots of authentic mexican options and safe foods as well for those who don't want to be too adventurous, and amazingly the drinks were fantastic - they really mean business with their all inclusive. The entertainment was top notch, and there was always live music and shows happening - never a dull moment, the resort is it's own experience even if you never go off property at all! Notes for those planning to come - the resort does not have a shuttle, so be prepared to arrange your rides between the airport and resort and around. We were travelling with a wheelchair parent and kids so we hired an airport transfer service for there and back (very luxurious and not horribly priced) and used Uber to get around otherwise. The live performances are quite loud, we were not bothered but noteworthy (rooms are soundproofed). Would have liked some indoor play options for kids that are more accessible - I was mesmerized by the kids club area when I booked, but it can only be used if you child is dropped for kids club 10-12:45. Need reusable bottles for each.

Roof top patio was very nice, beautiful beach. Food was mediocre, liked how we didn’t have to make reservations for dinner. Great bar staff, didn’t even have to ask for another drink they just brought them.

The property was beautiful. I thought the staff could have been friendlier. The seafood restaurant was the best on the property, the rest of the restaurants were just ok. I would most likely not go back to this property. I would stay closer to downtown.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The staff were all amazing and so helpful!! The buffet and food options were wonderful! The location and resort were beautiful! However, there were a few things we didn’t love. The sun doesn’t hit the pools until 2pm, and the chairs are completely saved with guest’s belongings by 7am, but mostly sit empty until 2pm when the sun is out and pool is useable. The indoor kid’s zone is completely unusable. It has the most terrible smell (we couldn’t stay in there for longer than 5 mins - I’m not sure if it’s mold, but there are no windows for ventilation) and needs a complete renovation. Overall, we had a fun vacation, but we’d look for better options for future trips.

Very friendly staff. The property is located in a private like beach area and it was very safe everywhere. There was a bus stop right in front the resort that took us to downtown to walk around the city.The food was good. My only down to our stay was that in the a la cart restaurants the portions was really small, like in 5 star restaurants. Very well presented but not to fill you. I would give a 4.5 star.

Bad experience at check in they charged me 6,000 pesos extra for my kids because they said I didn't pay for all inclusive for my kids in my reservation says that I did pay but an they paperwork it said I didn't pay when you guys book a reservation at this hotel double check your reservation even called the property make sure they have the right information also the water at the pool it's so cold it don't get the sun until like 2:00 p.m. the food at the buffet it's not the best the Mexican restaurant is good you should try that one I go to purto vallarta every year l will never stay on this hotel again.
