Second visit... great location, friendly staff. Great variability in condition of rooms, some in our group had beautiful and spacious recently remodeled rooms, other had smaller more basic rooms. Guacamole should be included as part of the all inclusive meal/drink package... Some elevator challenges most of our stay.

I’ve been going to this hotel for the past 7 years & like it very much. This year I decided to splurge & pay an additional $100 for an ocean view room—won’t do that again—the view was almost completely obstructed by their thatched restaurant building.

The room was not as described! Small, very out dated, only lighting was 2 night stand wall fixtures, no water pressure, no windows, loud, non-accommodating, lacks customer service, and basically left us feeling like we were completely scammed with our reservation!!! Horrible experience and we will never stay at this hotel again. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights.

The staff was awesome especially “Ricky” Ricardo. The food was good. Great choices, especially the order chefs. The room needed updating but it was comfortable and clean. We would come back and pick a different room.

All of the staff were so attentive, kind and just lovely to interact with the whole week. Food was always an amazing selection with our all-inclusive package. Alfredo went above and beyond in dinner service for me and my friend every night, we were so happy to always have him as our server. The rooms aren’t anything modern or luxury but does the trick for sleeping! I appreciated the patio space when I need a quieter space. The superior rooms come with a huge patio with loungers and facing the sun.

We had a lovely view from out 3rd floor room. However the room was disappointing. Old worn out furniture. Hardly any electrical outlets and the outlet in the bathroom didn't work. I wa charged for a beach towel because I left it in thd bar area, even though I was advised the towel was returned to the towel station. The bar and restaurant service was very good. We probably won't return.

This is my 3rd time and it’s been consistently a good experience. The restaurant on site with the buffet is amazing. My only suggestion is the adult pools. The stairs need to have better safety. I actually slipped & fell on my way out walking down the steps. It’s gets really slippery.

Just returned to the States from a 7 night stay at Los Arcos. We had the all inclusive plan so meals and all drinks were included . The made to order omelet station was fabulous. The buffet options were super for breakfast and dinner. We chose to eat at the pool snack bar for lunch everyday to have fresh made guac and pico de gallo and fresh made tortilla chips. yum!! The hotel is un a U shape with pools all down the middle. The infinity pool is for adults only. There is a wading pool, hot tub and regular pool with loungers in the water and a waterfall. All fabulous for cooling off many times after walking the town. The bars are open around 10 am. All staff members super friendly, including housekeeping. The room furniture is very dated but only in them to sleep. We had the top floor with large deck with loungers and wet towel rack, table and chairs. loved it! Small fridge and they supply 2 bottles of water a day. The bathroom is nice with shampoo and body wash bottles. Safe in the closet was very nice! Taxi to the airport at the front door for $25 US. Concierge will schedule excursion. We did the Razr tour with Canopy. So much fun! Around $350 US for 2. Beautiful view. Recommend. We stayed 7 nites so rcvd 2 free "special dinners" off the menu on the outdoor patio. Oh my, so delicious! Had the steak and shrimp. Loved it both nights! Step right onto the sidewalk to walk the Malecon and the Los Muertos Beach Pier is just steps away. Beautifully lit up at night. Stay here!

I was very disappointed with this resort. The room was a dump. Wires hanging out of the wall with light bulbs. Laundry room was located below the room. Dryer vent was on the balcony. Running into housekeepers going to and from the room. The safe was broken. Found a cockroach in the room. I will not be back or recommend this resort.
