Great location near Malecon. Small room but had everything needed except a hair dryer. Pool is very small but ocean view is nice. Room prices are a good deal for what you get.

The free continental breakfast was meagre but the coffee plentiful and good. Pay the extra 99 Pesos for the breakfast buffet! This is a sweet old hotel right at the North end of The Melancon, so super locale for walking, shopping and restaurants. It also is attractive to Mexican families,which is great, although the pool could become a bit crowded with exuberant children. Poolside meals and drinks can be ordered. Delicious margaritas! Poolside is right above the beach so watch for whales and enjoy the many seabirds; pelicans, frigate birds and various gulls.

I love the place, It is charming. My only complaint was the free breakfast is pretty meagre and the coffee was meh. There's such good coffee in Mexico, what they served was pretty sad.

I really enjoyed the classic old Mexican style of Rosita, so refreshing compared to newer American hotels that are so generic and boring. A great location at the start of the Malecon and a lovely beach on the other side. What's not to like?

The bathroom was terrible. No facecloths, no hand towels, no Kleenex, no hairdryer. Had to come down to the desk to borrow a hairdryer. We've never stayed at a hotel any where in the world that didn't supply a hairdryer. Food was so-so. The ocean view was beautiful, but not enough for us to want to ever return.

What a treasure. Nestled in hustle bustle of busy PV. Well maintained, clean, & quiet historic ocean front property just 10 yards from start of malicon. Nice pool, lounges aplenty. Onsite cafe w/comp breakfast - scramble w/ham, hotcakes, beans, fruit, juice, & coffee. Comfy beds, natural light, blackout drapes, hot shower, filtered drinking water, AC, ceiling fan, & daily housekeeping.

No, I would absolutely rather stay on the beach in a hurricane than stay here again. There was mold everywhere, my shower leaked all over the floor, the sink didn’t drain, it was obnoxiously loud all the time, you could hear what the neighbors were thinking, and my door had giant gaps, you could see into the hallway. Plus the matter of the constant banging. It was a really stressful stay, I wouldn’t recommend it not would I stay there again.
