The Park PH-606 Luxury Condo -Romantic Zone

The Park in Old Town Zona Romantica is a modern building located one block from Los muertos beach, Olas Altas and the famous pier. The Park 606 is located on the 6th Floor of the building, consists in one master bedroom + guess Bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. This unit offers partial views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy our remodeled 7th floor luxury terrace, with heated salt water pool, bar & entertainment area.

Perfect location for access to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment as well as transportation. The condo air-conditioning was a welcome amenity for the heat and humidity and all of the amenities of the condo were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony and rooftop terrace and the infinity saltwater pool was warm and clean. Communication with Veronica was fantastic as she was very attentive and helpful.

The Park

The stay at this condo was fantastic! Great location, great amenities, super friendly staff, and all you could need. The rooftop pool is incredible, we spent a lot of time there looking at the ocean and the mountains. Would definitely recommend this condo and will stay here again in the future.

The property managers greeted us by name when we arrived. The property was clean and well maintained. There was someone on staff 24 hrs. just in case we needed anything. Location of the condo was perfection. We had a view of the ocean, the mountains and the main square. We got to see fireworks and the GALA celebration. The place is well equipped with everything you might need. Got a chance to meet some of the other guest and residents. They were all very pleased to be there. We would rent again when in beautiful Puerto Vallarta

Ten Happy Days in the Zona Romántica

The Park 606 was as perfect as advertised. A large master bedroom and second smaller bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms, a great fit for 2 adults and a teen. View from the balcony and the gorgeous rooftop pool were lovely. Excellent location - walking distance to the beach and countless restaurants and shops, plus a market right downstairs. Blanca was incredibly friendly and helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again!

A little bit of paradise!

From check in to check out Blanca was amazing. The unit was as described and the location was perfect. Located one block off the Malecon and close to many restaurants and shops. Being on the 6th floor the unit was fairly quiet. You are staying in an active part of town so there was some street noise but it was not bothersome at all. The rooftop pool was very nice and we spent a lot of time there. Beware of the tile surrounding the pool, it is very slick when wet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location and great place!

We recently stayed for our Spring Break and enjoyed our stay very much. Good communication and assistance with our transport, especially when we were delayed on both ends. Spacious, great location near the street vendors and the beach. Only downside was that the rooftop BBQ did not get very hot and cooking was slow. But the pool was right beside it so we made out okay!

Beautiful spot with beautiful view

We have been coming to PV for years and always enjoy our stay. The Park is in a wonderful location, and is probably one our new favorites. This unit is on the top floor and not only do you get beautiful views (especially the sunset!!) but also have some of the street noise muffled due to the height. Best of all, one small walk up a flight of stairs (or elevator) and you are at the rooftop pool, one of the best with a 360 panoramic view of PV. We were there for the New Years fireworks and we could see displays all around us. We will be back! PS, we have a special needs son who has limited mobility and this was easily accessible for him. No hills to climb and an elevator.

Doesn't Get Any Better!

Veronica's property was absolutely amazing!! The location cannot be beat and everything you need is within walking distance. The view from the balcony cannot be beat!! The pool was never busy while we were there and although there is construction across the street, it was never bothersome for us. The condo itself was more than adequate. Very spacious bedrooms and the two washrooms were handy. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and pretty much everything one needs. It felt like home for us right away! The only issue we had, which has nothing to do with the condo nor the owner, was with the poolside BBQ in that it didn't heat up properly. The staff at the front desk had already been notified of same, and I'm confident that it will be fixed if it hasn't been already. All of the staff at The Park, from front desk personnel to the cleaning lady and the wonderful maintenance people are all fantastic and more than happy to have a chat with you or help you in any way they can. We felt extremely safe knowing the security of the building was always attended to. I cannot say enough of the owner's assistant, Blanca. She had always been extremely quick in responding to any questions or requests I had and was prompt when meeting us to provide us with the door code (handy as opposed to a key) and to show us how things worked. Blanca went above and beyond - thank you so much!! We are hoping to return to Veronica's condo again in the near future!!

Needs hanging racks in 2nd bedroom. Curtain over window in 2nd bedroom. A living room chair. Lower mirror in small 2nd bathroom and install light above the mirror's in both baths. Under counter lights in kitchen. Needs these updates if you are calling this a penthouse. Low water pressure in 2nd bath shower.

Lovely condo, great views

The condo is a great place for wandering Zona Romántica! The Park is in a good location across from Lazaro Cardenas park, and just 2 blocks from the beach. The patio has a wonderful view of town, the mountains, and ocean. It has a nice pool deck, and the views are panoramic. The unit has an en-suite for both bedrooms, which is not the case, with all of the units for rent in the building. The front desk, and other employees are friendly, and helpful. Blanca( the condo manager) is very Helpful, and Attentive to any questions, or issues you may have. Will definitely recommend this unit.

Great Location, Nice Building & Condo

The Park Building is located in Old Town, a great location with many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The condo suited our needs, was very clean and had all the amenities you would require. The rooftop pool area is great to relax, hang-out, barbeque and look at all the views including the ocean. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
