The furnishings, appliances, cutlery, dishes, beds, linens and decor in all our suites have been purchased in early 2020 as totally new. Our suites are located in a quaint Mexican fishing village. So at times, expect the noise of children in the streets, Mexican music, and even roosters. But do try and savor/enjoy our unique culture here in Punta De Mita.

The building has fiber optic 5G internet installed with speeds over 300MBPS. WIFI signals are very strong throughout with extenders on each floor, including the palapa -- where you can work or zoom while taking in the views of the Bay of Banderas. Our Toltec, Tequila, PH Azteca and PH Montana Suites have a direct internet connection and the smart TVs have 100+ cable channels.
