We were expecting a typical US suite when we booked this. We were blown away by the property. Separate king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms, full kitchen, small pool, deck overlooking the beach. It was amazing place and are anxious to stay there again.

This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. The beach was just steps away, which provided a good breeze. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Dulce' was our chef and was amazing. Every dish she made was perfect! She had fresh guac, pico and margaritas ready for our arrival and I've never tasted better. The views from our balcony were beautiful. We loved watching the sunsets every evening. We walked around every day, enjoying the shops and one night had a great meal at a nearby beach restaurant. We are already looking to return next summer.

Vallarta Old School Glam.

Amazing property, on the ocean my one bedroom suite on the first floor with private pool was much more than I expected. Very spacious and well appointed. Decor was very old school Vallarta charm. Full kitchen, dining room, living room and large bath with great water pressure. And the view of the ocean spectacular. Staff was very friendly and had no issues with friends that came over to hang out at my pool. Room 4 highly recommended.

Great location and safe if you are looking to be in Zona Romantica. Restaurants are walkable. Beach is just steps away. You wake up to the sound of waves, so quiet and peaceful.

Not a place for a relaxing vacation unless you leave during the day. The property would be much better if it was not next to 2 loud, very popular beach clubs that played nightclub music so loudly that from 12pm- 8 you can not enjoy the beach. You feel the thumping even from your room. Families from this hotel rarely were at the beach in front but would leave or walk down the beach even though it was busier down there. It’s too bad because it really is a pretty spot and is absolutely beautiful in the morning. If you’re in the lower units it’s bright at night bc there are big spotlights on the beach and a drive in front of the place which can be noisy. The staff is pretty hands off but if you need something they are responsive. If you’re looking for a party, this is your spot!

Hidden Gem Amazing Location

Location is amazing the ocean is steps away nice and secluded. We did have an issue with the unit above management worked hard to resolve and made it right. Would stay here again great property,well cared for and front desk folks are very accommodating.

This was an amazing experience! We randomly found this hotel while searching for a private pool in suite, and am so happy we did! Our Chef, Edwin, was the best. He cooked some of the most amazing meals ever. He always cooked with the freshest ingredients and was able to accommodate the needs of our 1 year old daughter as well. The place was cleaned daily by Isabel, who was very kind and did a great job. Zona Romantica and the Malecon are an easy walk, there's a shortcut through the beach, to nearby shops and restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation and can't wait to go back!

We are a family of 6. We had 3 large bedrooms and bath rooms. Living area and kitchen along with our own pool and view of the beach. It was great for all of us and to be able to be together. The best thing is you had your own personal chef that would cook 2 meals a day. Our chef was friendly and was a great cook and did everything form shopping for our meals, preparing, serving and cleaning up! Does not get better than that. Overall a very nice vacation.

The place is beautiful. The chef, Raul, was kind, funny and his food was absolutely delish! We Stayed in the three bedroom Sky Suite B for my mom’s 77th. It was perfect for the four of us Gorgeous sunsets and shops are steps away, as you walk along the beach. We are already making plans to go back!
