Everything was pretty good! They full size beds were silly not sure why they don’t have queens in rooms. The receipt they constantly printed were so slow. The beach was amazing! pool small but clean.

It was a very nice property, the grounds were very clean and the pool was very nice. The water temperature was perfect. There was also a variety of food choices. The part I did not like was the beach. Water is not clean, two rivers empty into the ocean on either side and there was a lot of debris in the water. I liked what entertainment there was, but I wanted a little live music, someplace to have a drink and dance, This was would have been nice.

Location is close to two shopping centres. Food options are various with Italian, Mexican, Seafood restaurants and a Creperie for tasty crepes and ice cream, plus 24/7 room service (we were all inclusive). Staff is friendly and services are very good. The one bedroom suite is very spacious. Thanks to Roger (concierge) who called us to the room asking if we needed anything. We actually were not quite satisfied with our first room: noisy at night at 6th floor due to a neighboring building's exhaust fan being very loud. We were offered another room at the 2nd floor, which was getting less noise, and the night's sleep was more comfortable and restful. There's a gym and spa, kids club at the resort. Day activity (zumba, aqua aerobics, bingo) and night ententertainment was interesting.

dollar for dollar, the experience was awesome. worth every penny. that said, the restaurants weren’t all open each day. they rotate hours. also , with all inclusive, gratuity is built in. we tip regardless. but at spa, they charged 300 tip then requested additional tip without telling us

Located near the airport, I had a nice room overlooking the pool with the ocean in the distance. The Resort is older, checking in was ok but they did not honor any VIP with Expedia. Hard push for timeshare, most of the employees were really great. The food was just ok, they had a great selection of high end alcohol and can beers. I like that kayaking was included, the beach was nice to walk on, water was rough to get into. Beautiful sunsets. Taxis were easy to get from hotel. Very family oriented.

Older resort but well taken care of, the staff are super friendly and they do a great job keeping the resort clean, the seafood restaurant is only open for dinner 3 times a week, but worth the wait! We would definitely stay here again, Just one warning, if you don't stay all inclusive everything, is very expensive on the resort, but rooms have small kitchens so it's possible to do, as long as you buy all supplies off resort!

We enjoyed the property as we were travelling with friends with mobility issues. Beach was out back and road to PV or Sayulita was out front. Not a show stopper place but food was terrific and amenities, beach, transit and even pickleball was convenient. Staff were awesome! Nice to escape from our Canadian winter for some sunshine. The property was was clean and quiet. Staff were great 👍. Only thing was the food wasnt that great. There were lots of options but only the sushi resteraunt was really great. What really upset me is they have a seafood restaurant called the market but it didnt have any seafood, only shrimp and sone white fish.

The grounds were kept clean, and the location was amazing in front of the beach. The beds were hard. There was no quiet area such as an adult only pool. The restaurant were all outside and the one that was inside was seafood only but closed on the day that we were going to go. Loved the stretch and exercise classes.

Too many birds flying around while dining and some owners feed them daily!!! Never enough towels etc in our room…we had to ask. Also had ants on our balcony and kitchen counter. Very kind, helpful and super friendly staff! We would come back, but hope for better entertainment next time.
