Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Puget-sur-Argens, we offer this charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, washing machine, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath, shower and WC (shower gel and shampoo provided)
Outside area :
- A 5mx11m swimming pool, shared with the owners (not heated) and open from 1 April to 1 October. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. Secured by alarm
- A private terrace of around 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 500 m² open, shared garden
- A 500 m² park with electric fence where the owners' donkey lives + 2 cats and a dog
The flat is ideally located in Puget-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
