The hotel customer service was amazing shout out to house keeping for always keeping the room clean and my favorite bartender Jeffery ! He made sure me and my friend had a wonderful stay showed us where we can go to do our little shopping and buy souvenirs I was so sad when time to leave I’ll definitely be back next year. Only thing was the laundry service charging per item to wash clothes is ridiculous! But other than that I loved the hotel

Our room is as dirty from the time we arrived. Our walks were dirty and sheets. We called down to the front desk and I was told they would send someone up. We had to call several times before they sent someone up. The finally sent someone who changed the sheets. Noone ever came to wipe down the walls.

Great location, walking distances to great restaurants, downtown and about 15-20min drive to the beaches. Our stay was very pleasant, great staff, room was comfortable. My only complaint would be our room was not as cool as I would like to sleep at night. Otherwise, highly recommend.
