Our family enjoyed a 5 night stay during Easter week. The lobby is beautifully open air. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. Jose and Luis at the pool bar kept the drinks coming. Hugo & Pablo were awesome wait staff at the buffet. Freesis at the lobby bar was exceptional!! The room attendance were amazing too!

I loved the staff but the rooms always had an issue including the doors or the A/C and the shower. We felt like the beach was perceived differently. It does NOT have clear blue water. The bars didn’t all have the same premium options. When we booked an excursion, we were lied to. They promise a buffet with a bar and that is not what we got!

The property was very dated, the washrooms and rooms in general very old. Had to change rooms and still the new room offered was dated. We didnt want to spend any extra time inside the room because of how old it was. The washrooms and drains werent working properly, shampoos and soaps never refilled. No toothbrushes, paste, q-tips things of this sort offered at a 5 star hotel. Very disappointed, will not be coming back. Staff not friendly, did not see one smiling staff member. Workers looked miserable

The staff was friendly and amazing. I liked everything about the resort overall. The lady who cleaned our room was very nice as well. I like that there were different dining options. But it would be nice to see more Dominican food options at the buffet. I went to the Dominican Republic to eat dominican food, not forgeign food. I spoke with a nice lady about the internal survey that I did for the amenities. But I'll put it out here too, there needs to be more information about the kayak, and catamaran. Please put more information about it on your website. The nice lady explained to me where i needed to go to book the kayak and catamaran (and was even willing to go with me to book them), but our trip was over and it was too late to do anything then. It'd be nice for every single person at the front desk to know this information so customers know where they can go to book these things. The lady explained that we just had to go to the aqua office on the beach to book these free amenities that were part of VIP perks, i wish other front desk staff members knew that as well. It would have made a huge impact on our trip. Anyway, overall the stay was good. Like i said before, the staff was amazing.

My stay in the Dominican Republic left me with only the warmest impressions! The nature is simply stunning — the sun, palm trees, and fresh breeze set the perfect mood from the morning. The sea was murky and not as clear as expected, but the beach itself left a pleasant impression. The atmosphere at the resort is very relaxed and friendly — you can truly feel the vacation vibe. I especially want to highlight the staff: waiters, bartenders, reception — everyone is very kind, attentive, and genuinely trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food was delicious and varied — every day there was something new to try. The only downside is that the hotel itself is a bit dated and could really use a remodel. It’s noticeable in some areas, but honestly, it didn’t ruin the overall experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and warm getaway in a beautiful place with great service!

It was an all inclusive package and adults only i bought and i couldn’t drink what i wanted and they forced me to upgrade in order to have the option of 3 other restaurants. There was kids everywhere. Definitely not what i thought it was gonna be at all. Staff and service was good, food from 1-10 was a 4-5 tops!
