This very large home is oceanfront on the marina canal with two floors and the ability to sleep 10 adults comfortably. Both floors have spacious patios that overlook the ocean. The top patio has a jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean, a large penthouse, open-air patio that has two large dining tables, a Weber grill and a wet bar (guests to purchase their own alcohol). The bottom floor has a kitchen, large dining room and large living area with two bedrooms. One bedroom has four beds (2 bunk beds with bottom beds fulls size, sleeps 4) with a full bathroom. The second bedroom is a Master with a king-sized bed (sleeps 2) and a full bathroom Upstairs has a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath as well as a a Master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) and a full bathroom with two walk-in showers and a bidet. There is also a spillover bedroom that is used as a TV room but can also sleep two additional people if needed. The apartment is approximately 7000 square feet and comes with a butler and an optional chef. Maid service and one parking spot is also included in the rental. The apartment also has 4 large, digital, internet flat screen TVs, a wine refrigerator and a gas grill to be used by the chef. The unit is air-conditioned and has free wifi throughout. All of the furniture is high-end as a result of our recent renovation. Ideal for family vacations looking to spend days on the beach or for a group of golfers looking for a relaxing place to unwind after a round of golf or a long day at the beach. Renters of this property are eligible for reduced greens fees from Punta Espada.
