Amazing property! I was hesitant to book since there wasn’t a lot of reviews but it looks exactly like the pictures. Room looks exactly like the pictures and so clean and spacious. I used the gym and pool and they were both so clean. Room was modern and aesthetic. Food is available on the property and very good.

Everything was great w the staff and the property is a new build/ beautiful but it surrounded by rubble and its not walkable. In addition there are not peep holes on the guestroom doors and we encountered a safety issue w a man staying on property following us to our room. Staff handled the issue w professionalism but it definitely raised vigilance as female travelers! Be alert ladies- this is a. Ice property so a surprising encounter.

I had a wonderful stay here, it is a beautifully designed and peaceful property with a spacious studio room which includes a washer and dryer. The pool area is nice, the gym is big and includes more equipment than any other hotel gym I have seen. The food at the restaurant is very tasty. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. There is construction across the way although I didn't hear any noise at all. Things that could have improved my stay: - the room had a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke which was in the air, in the fabrics (sofa and bedding), and subsequently in all my clothes once I arrived home; which is unpleasant as a non-smoker. - There was no hot water on the first night (this was resolved the next day by simply turning a switch - information that was not shared with me at check-in). - The buttons on the phone are labelled incorrectly meaning I had to leave the room to communicate with reception. - Housekeeping could be more thorough; old coffee left in coffe maker, no forks available in kitchen, cushions from garden chairs left on floor outside. - No hooks at all in bathroom for towels, pajamas etc. All in all a lovely and relaxing stay.

The property is very nice, staff was amazing and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely limited and wasn’t really stocked to do any real cooking. That was the reason why we booked the place and it fell short.

The property is very new, has a beautiful Olympic size swimming pool, it's very clean. The staff is very friendly. If you walk from the corner of the property you can be at the mall or at the downtown entertainment center within 5 minutes.

I accidentally booked two nights using a thirds party application. I informed the Faranda hotel within an hour of booking when I checked in. They advised me the refund would have to come from the third part booking agent which was not true. I checked out the following day and they have since refused to refund me for the 2nd night. Aside from that, the hotel was nice.
