Where do I begin. This property is SO unique! The grounds are stunning, with lush vegetation and unique architecture. The staff, including a man who works at the front desk (the one who speaks multiple languages and is always in the best mood possible while being genuine and not overly fake which is a HUGE asset to a boutique hotel of this kind. I'm so sorry I forget his name, but you know who you are!) The breakfast was simply fabulous every morning and well worth the $25 for the quality and variety of the food you can order from the menu. It was simply devine. I travel a lot for work and also work in international hospitality so I mean it when I say it that you should try this hotel - you won't regret it!

Discovered Faranda Cap Cana by luck. Reviews were excellent. It’s newly opened. Great property. Very quaint and staff is excellent. Choose the breakfast option in your booking. It’s delicious. Little plunge pool was perfect to cool off and the roof top patio is beautiful. Would be nice to have a bigger pool but access to nearby resort is included if you want. API beach is private and stunning. A little on the expensive side but worth a day visit. Noah and Drago Grill were our two fave restaurants. Used the SI Fit gym a lot ($10 daily pass). Nice feature. All the staff at the hotel is lovely and friendly. Very clean. Feels like a Spanish village. Very unique. We like quiet so it was perfect for a relaxing week. Set on the nearby marina and the views are beautiful! Recommend!

Honestly I have all good things to say. The people were amazing, helpful, kind and friendly. I’m very grateful for the experience and how easy it was to get around to other attractions. They definitely made my birthday especial and I really loved that they decorated my room to celebrate me

The staff at the property is what really shines. Jannel was the absolute epitome of hospitality. Neal was beyond wonderful and drove us to the beach even tho he didn't know where we were going exactly. The bartender ws gracious and made excellent drinks. The hotel is def in need of some tweaking in order for us to give it more than 4 stars. Work in progress. But absolutely beautiful! Would recommend.

This place is a little hidden treasure. Everything about it was spectacular. We will be back as soon as we can. We were especially impressed with how nice everybody at the hotel and in the neighborhood was. Highly recommended.

Cozy is the epitome of Hotel Casa Don Luis. The room was not large but the attention to detail, romantic atmosphere and the unsurpassed friendliness of the staff made up for the small room.

I love how friendly the staff, available for any issues, the small setting made it very personable. The hotel setting is not your typical hotel chain and has so much charm and warmth. This was one of the best hotel experience I had. I also really love the restaurant choices around the hotel. I would really highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Cap Cana.

The hotel is situation in a nice, quiet marina area. There are multiple restaurants and activities within a short walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and welcoming. I was able to manage well with only knowing a little Spanish. The staff was patient with me and there was someone on site that could speak English. The drinks and breakfast were delicious. We only had one issue with the hot water being out, but this was fixed rather quickly by the staff.
