Gorgeous hotel (specially bar and Amber room), unfortunately not ready to open yet. Personal at reception, cleaning service, breakfast and butler service is not properly train. First and last day there was no water at the room (I have to shower with bottle water) after it came back, it was brown in color. They are not the ones to blame for the sargassum, but the beach was impossible to get in due to this issue, as well as the unberable smell... it SHOULD be at least mention the days prior to our arrival or give something complementary to the guest to do at the hotel. Hope they can solve all of these.

Brand new hotel with a lot of potential, the hotel is the most beautiful I’ve seen in Dominican, the staff really give the extra mile to take good care of you. Is new and there are some things that are still missing: no pizza in any of the restaurants, staff is still a little bit fresh and learning how to navigate around but thise things are going to improve with time. Beautiful property and layout. Brand new hotel, Hardly any other guest. Wished we were placed in a better room - It was overlooking a partial parking lot for golfers, we did have ocean view & it was beautiful. Pools and staff excellent. Prices are outrageous at the restaurants & food was not good. $10 for a coconut water then fruit plate & tax & tip equals $67. I asked for papaya, I was charged for a full fruit plate. Breakfast is $50/person. No Uber eats allowed. Go to Jumbo, you can get fruits etc to take back. Dinner first night for 3 was $212. John, Aissette & Junior were amazing! Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful to us. Made our stay welcoming and worth it! Book excursions- it’s worth it. Unfortunately there’s a seaweed issue on beach but the clean it every morning.

The staff requires enhanced training in quality customer service and retention strategies, emphasizing immediate resolution of issues rather than just apologies. The shower hose was installed incorrectly, rendering it non-functional, and there’s no towel hook outside the shower. Several electrical outlets are not working. Gardeners should operate earlier to avoid disturbing guests on their balconies. To improve efficiency and reduce errors due to language barriers, the hotel should implement an in-room dining app on iPads instead of relying on WhatsApp for orders. Restaurant staff must promptly clean spills and pay closer attention to details, rather than repeatedly ignoring them. The hotel is breathtaking, but it must employ competent, capable staff. The Dominican Republic’s reputation for subpar customer service and quality demands that business owners prioritize excellence to protect their brand. Skimping on this is unacceptable for a property of this caliber. While there are additional concerns, I’ll stop here. Acknowledging the hotel’s recent opening, there’s still significant room for improvement.
Picture stepping out of the shower, slipping into your robe, and heading to the balcony for morning coffee, only to find gardeners working at 9 a.m. Shouldn’t this be scheduled much earlier?
Too many staff members were idly standing around, gazing upward, instead of cleaning. It’s glaringly obvious—how can they repeatedly ignore this food on the floor for almost an hour?
The food quality does not justify its price. In-room dining often arrived overcooked or cold. The hotel must invest in better-trained chefs and avoid cutting corners.
The shower hose was incorrectly installed, making it unusable. Look how high it’s installed!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed at many hotels). Obviously this is a brand new hotel and you can tell. Everything is sparkling new. Everything has been so well thought out. The attention to detail is just insane. Check in was a little slow but we were offered beautiful drinks and a cool towel which was a nice touch. The staff were so kind and sweet with my 2 year old boy - playing with him and giving him attention. The room was stunning (we were upgraded). The views - breathtaking. Then our butler arrived. They offered us coffees throughout and waters. Butler service was good but can be improved and refined. A few times we waited longer than needed for our drinks. I'm sure with time, they will improve this service that they offer. Hotel facilities are divine. Dining is pricey but amazing. Be prepared to spend a lot of money to eat at this hotel (if you come to PC you know eating out is expensive anyway!). The spa treatment was very expensive but worth every penny. I would have used the spa for longer. Their relaxation area is amazing and the nibbles they provided were gorgeous. One of the best treatments I've ever had. For $195 I would expect nothing less! I would 100% return - if they don't raise their prices too much (which they most likely will and so they should!) Check out was also too slow. They are still working on their processes but apart from that I highly recommend.

St Regis Cap Cana Hola estuvimos hospedados en el hotel st Regis Cap Cana 3 noches y 4 días. Escogimos el hotel por que anteriormente en otras ciudades nos quedamos en st Regis y esperamos garantía en calidad. La verdad que el hotel tiene muchas fallas, si bien es un hotel nuevo de pocos meses de inaugurado, el servicio deja mucho que desear y voy a enlistar los temas: La habitación tiene una filtración de la regadera hacia el área del wc, te bañas y después vas al wc y empapado casi me caigo y me resbalo con el mármol. La regadera tiene un detalle de luces que prende y apaga como si fuera un corto; en la habitación el aire acondicionado no enfriaba correctamente en la noche nos destapábamos por qué había calor. Desde que llegamos al hotel nunca nos cambiaron las toallas de la alberca ( nuestra suite, porque hago mención no era una habitación sencilla, era suite con acceso a piscina desde la habitación con sala y comedor) las toallas que teníamos afuera nunca las cambiaron ni arreglaron. Asimismo cuando llegamos nos dejaron de cortesía una charola de frutas que tampoco se llevaron nunca o cambiaron dejándonos ahí la fruta podrida y con moho. Fuimos a la alberca del complejo también por su cercanía al restaurante de la alberca y te dan un botón para llamar al mesero y por más que lo tocamos jamás apareció tuvimos que ir directo al restaurante a pedir la bebida. Fuimos al bar del hotel, la hostess no fue amable, no nos dirigió a donde sentarnos más bien como que no trabaj
