If you are a hotel in a popular tourist area, please have people that speaks English! We have many issues with our room and we could not communicate to ask for help! Wifi did not work, TV did not have audio, no Hot Water (during winter in Quebec) ... Not enough lights, so the entire place is very dark ... Just terrible!

It was cold in my room. When I came to turn up the heat, the thermostat was locked. It smells like cigarettes everywhere in the hotel. We had a gathering in a room downstairs that the flooring was ripped up.

Affordable and friendly with insufficient parking.

Nice affordable rooms. Friendly staff. Be aware however that the sink is separate from the bathroom itself which I found odd. There’s also not enough parking on site so I had to park on a residential side street.
