It was a very clean and pleasant apartment setup, just as described. Staff communicated daily. Just a few minor issues that we ran into - slow drains, which we communicated right away (shower still slow in our last day) and a chirping smoke detector. Either of these issues weren’t deal breakers, and our time there was a success.

Good location, easy to walk to many other locations, and large room, very nice to have a fridge in the room. However, our room had a very strong smell, which was very unsettling. Additionally, I felt as though the room and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The bed and pillows were not super comfortable to me. Limited parking available at the McMahon, but there is a paid parking lot a very short walk away which was good.

It was a great location in old town. The room was dirty, hair and dust on the floor. We also felt very mislead by the pictures online, the room was very small (uncomfortably small for the price), the bed was terrible and felt like a cheap pull out couch, and we were ground level next to the parking lot so it didn’t feel very safe or secure. It was fine but very overpriced and would not stay again.

We loved our stay here. So close to everything we wanted to see yet quiet and restful. The property was comfortable and fairly well equipped. The member of staff that offered us towels, coffee, etc. every morning was so welcoming and friendly. On seeing some of the other hotels we were considering, we’re so glad we picked Le 31! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in future.

The place was lovely and perfect for our needs. It’s close to the Old City gate on Rue St Jean, so everything in Old Quebec was walking distance, and we were also able to easily venture outside the Old City on foot to other restaurants, a jazz bar, the Grand Theatre to see the orchestra, etc. The apartment itself had good heating and cooling (we had a couple hot days, and a couple of nights that got chilly, so had the opportunity to use both a/c and heat). Nice little kitchen but the restaurants were so good and so close we only ended up storing a couple of snacks in the fridge and didn’t cook. It did take a little while for the tap water to get cold for drinking - a pitcher would be nice to be able to put in the fridge. The shower is lovely with a rainfall and a handheld combo. To unlock the door, you have to activate it through a link on your phone, and all communication with staff is via messaging or call, so don’t let your phone battery die! Staff were responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The unit was wonderful. Close to shops and restaurants. Wish we had time to stay longer. Our only problem is that we couldn’t find the second set of sheets for the sofa couches. Also, sugar and creamer for the coffee would have been nice. Only one of the tv remotes seemed to work We would definitely book again.

Our rooms were lovely and very clean. The little touches in the common room were nice and I loved that the property offered water pitchers for the room with filtered water as well as personal ice machines in both of our rooms. We didn’t know that we were able to rent the bicycles our first half of the trip but when we figured it out, we rented them and it made getting to the other locations on the island so much easier! Highly recommend renting those because the walk to the restaurants, shopping, and excursions is a haul in the heat.

Lovely place in a great location near enough to the action to walk around but far enough to get a good rest and no noise around. Property managers are beyond responsive and professionals. There is underground parking within a couple of blocks (not noticeable but the hotel people will send you instructions) and also a few spots on site, outside (extra charge, but convenient). they have kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee machine, detergent, salt and pepper ( no oil) and also detegent for washer and dryer. bed and sofa are super comfortable. very homey, modern vibe. Pillard bakery (from croissants and coffe to ellaborated sandwiches, saladas and desserts) a couple of streets up. grocery store is 6-7 blocks away, totally walwable.very clean renovated apartment. board games in the reception area.The only thing I missed was a full body mirror. im short so i could only see myself from the ribs up inthe mirror of the washroom (only mirror in the apartment)

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour être dans le Vieux Québec pour pouvoir tout faire à pied, tout en ayant le confort d'un appartement. Objectif atteint ! Notre chambre était grande, spacieuse et calme. Idéale pour notre petite famille. Nous étions à deux pas de la rue Saint-Jean et des fortifications de Québec. L'appartement était moderne, propre et très pratique. Le service se faisait entièrement par texto et téléphone, même les clés étaient électronique ! La communication était rapide et efficace. Très recommandé !
