Great place to stay on our way to Nova Scotia. Check in was easy and attendant was very helpful in translating French when we were ordering food online. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Would have like a tea option (only coffee was available). Only negatives were that our room as missing a bath mat and ice bucket.

Very clean and comfortable. New renovations since I last stayed there. Inly comlaint is i needed to be on 1st floor as i cannot do stairs. There is an elevator however, the second floor has two levels which they neglected to tell me and it was difficult getting my luggage up and down with my mobility issues. I will definitely stay again but will insist on first floor.

The property is wonderful to stay and economicallly affordable. The space in room was excellent and it was very clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful as well. I highly recommend this property to stay for tourists coming to visit in Quebec city which is just 20 minutes drive fron this hotel
