Amazing staff- especially Charles Corsiez. Charles went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The room was very clean and we had a nice view of the courtyard. Restaurant at the hotel had amazing food and the waitstaff were excellent.

The room was clean and very nice. It was very comfortable. A worker came the first morning and wondered why we were there and seemed to be confused that we hadn’t checked out. It was quickly straightened out. The shampoo was empty. The location was excellent and and the decor was lovely. We felt very safe and would definitely recommend this hotel to others or stay there again ourselves.

The location was great, with lovely restaurant next door. Room comfortable. My only issue is you can only speak to reception over the phone, I booked last minute (on the morning of first night stay) and did not receive all the information i needed to check by the time I arrived at 7pm. I then had issues with room key on a digital link not working properly and was unaware there was a physical key in a key safe as i did not get this emailed across till the following day. I did have an issue with very noisy radiator that sounded like a generator in my room. I was advised to turn heating off to resolve this issue but meant my room was a little chilly, this luckily was fixed by morning! In spite of these issues I had a great stay and was in short walking distance of most places i wanted to visit
